AMAZING!! Chef Jorge cooked the most wonderful meal for our family last night in celebration of my mother’s birthday. He bought everything fresh the day of, and served us a 7 course dinner. Everything tasted delicious and was exactly to our specifications. It was so nice having the relaxing environment of our home rather than going to a steakhouse. I have small kids so it was wonderful when they got bored to just send them to another room to watch a movie rather than an embarrassing melt down at Ruth Chris etc. also, nice to be able to serve our own wine and not pay inflated restaurant prices! We met Chef Jorge about 1 year ago when we were planning my mother’s 70th surprise birthday - my best friend from Tampa had used him/his team before and recommended him. It was hands down the best experience with amazing food (loved his skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and ceviche), very professional staff and best Chef. Chef Jorge Marquez is.. in my opinion.. the best chef in the Tampa Bay Area. His cuisine centers around southern Caribbean flavors.
