Everything on their menu is great. Â You can't go wrong with any choice from chicken to the pork. Â When this food truck is around, I always grab something from here. They are passionate about their food. Â They wouldn't sell a brisket at one point because it had too much fat on it - what other restaurant cares enough to not sell something because it wasn't up to their standards? Â Love this spot! My favorite part is always dessert . He never fails with that red velvet cake it always puts a smile on my face. I have to try the lemon cake and the peanut butter cake next. I love  the conch fritters too, nice and cripsy with conch actually in it! lol (some know  what I mean) and sometimes  have a little spice to them which give it a nice kick.
