Started cooking over 20 years ago in my Dads restaurant’s when I was 16. Worked all the way up to claim Executive Chef title for Marriott international. Also worked in washington DC working for Jean-George and Wolfgang puck. Then moved to San Francisco to train under several michelin starred Chefs.

Exceptional experience! Chef Eric was outstanding in service and food was absolutely amazing! I hired Chef Eric for a 60th birthday celebration for 20 people. Fabulous meal for birthday party with friends. Eric was very easy to work with and accommodated all our wishes. He was on time and on point. Walk around canapés were delicious. Matthew (bartender) was on top of drinks for guests. Eric accommodated guests with vegetarian requests delightfully. After party cleanup was quick and very thorough. All we had to do the next morning was unload the dishwasher. All around great experience. Can’t wait for the next opportunity to work with him again. Five star. More...

Personal chef Eric B prepared an over-the-top gourmet dining experience for our food-loving friends and family at our anniversary party last weekend.
Guests raved about every dish - from passed hors d'oeuvres through the 4-course dinner. We also appreciated the expertise his bartender/assistant, Matt, added to the evening.
Chef Eric used the freshest, high-quality ingredients, including seafood. Everything was delicately prepared and elegantly served. We chose chateaubriand for the main course, and he made an equally delicious vegetarian option for one guest.
Both Eric and Matt were pleasures to work with. Guests thanked us for the "warm and lovely evening" and the "out-of-this-world food." I'm excited to find another occasion to have him back.

We hired Chef Eric for an informal family engagement party dinner. The food was incredible! I must admit, Chef Eric arrived a bit later than other Chef's have in the past- so I was a bit nervous if everything would be ready on time. I never should have worried! He was super prepared and everything was fantastic. Quality ingredients, fabulous appetizers, fresh summer salads and an incredible main course- plus dessert! They family raved about him, and every one wants to hire him for their next event. On top of all that, Chef Eric is a fun, down to earth, and happy person. Truly a pleasure to work with. My only hesitation in posting a review is purely selfish- I don't want him booked by someone else when I reach out for our next event! :) More...

We hired Chef Eric for my wife's 30th birthday, and were totally blown away by how amazing every dish was. Every plate he brought out eclipsed the next!
It was freaking delicious.
Personal favourite was the short rib, easily one of the best meals I've ever had the pleasure of eating, but everything that was brought out was 10/10.
Eric is super friendly and professional. We can't thank him enough for such a great night and will definitely book him again soon. Just looking for an excuse!

Hiring EricB was such a fun experience for our whole group of 6! He was extremely professional, the food was amazing, and he was also really fun.
Towards the end he even whipped up a couple cocktails for us that wasn’t even part of the deal.
When he originally sent over the menu there were multiple options for each course - it was almost impossible to choose because they all sounded so good. Everything was delicious but the shrimp and the short rib took the cake! Highly recommend and will definitely be seeing Eric again soon!

Chef Eric was absolutely amazing! We hired Eric for my sister’s bachelorette party (a tough assignment for any chef, because we’re all dedicated foodies) and from cocktails to dinner and all the way through dessert, the results were uniformly delicious.
In fact, we all agreed it was hands-down among the best food we’d ever had! We even had several food allergies in our group, and he worked hard to make sure everyone’s dietary issues were accommodated—but with uniformly delectable results.
Eric is a gifted chef that I can recommend with confidence and enthusiasm. We look forward to using him on our next trip to California!

We were planning a bachelorette party for my sister and wanted to have a private chef experience at the home we rented for the weekend. I found great reviews on Chef Eric and reached out to see if he was available. He responded promptly and the planning process was seamless. We had a Mexican Fiesta theme for the dinner and let me tell you it was absolutely fantastic! Every single item that he prepared was amazing and fresh- our group of 14 girls loved the whole experience. Wendy, his assistant, was wonderful as well. The fresh guacamole, ceviche, mini spicy tuna tostados, street corn were to die for! The tacos were incredible too! Also, can't forget about the margaritas! Do not think twice and book Chef Eric! Eric was very professional, phenomenal, and very passionate in his job which is evident through all the dishes he prepared for us.
Communication prior to our event was very efficient and he made things easy for us especially in planning out the menu. I, along with the rest of our group would give him infinite high ratings.
Would hire him every time. Meals were SO delicious and filling.
