How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It begins with a conversation or email to get some basic info on your likes dislikes, allergies of you or guests. General Info about the event: type of event, time of day, number of guests, and type of services required; drop off, buffet style, setup and/or breakdown required. Also if paper products included in the quote is sufficient or perhaps this may be an event befitting China Rental along with flatware and Glassware.
With this information I am in a much better position to make proposal that is very close to what your requirements are.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking! I have been doing this since I was 7 years old. I really get major satisfaction seeing everyone having a good time and my food had a small part in making your event successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This was a hobby or at least I thought until Uncle Sam informed that I have a full fledged business on my hands. So I took the leap some 30 years ago; the rest has been history in the makings.

I am very down to earth. Easy to get along with. Experienced in many cuisines. Ability to work with a large and diverse group of individuals. Leave the cooking to me and you can attend to more important things on your special day!

I come to your home, Place of business, Cabin, guesthome etc. I can assist you with meal preparations or handle it all myself or bring staff with me depending on your needs.
Concessions Vendor
We can come to your festival, event, music concert, etc.
We have several professional tents to vend from. (10x10 or 10x20)
We can serve various offerings from Pop Corn, Cotton Candy, sodas and chips to Hot dogs and burgers; to Pulled Pork, Ribs, Grill Chicken, Red beans and Rice & Grilled Veggies.

Drop of Catering
Planning a Luncheon, having a corporate event need to feed a few dozen people to a few hundred. We can provide a full catered meal from boxed lunches to entrée and sides.
We can drop off in disposable containers or provide deposable wire chafer stands with heat to keep your meal at that ideal temperature.
