Ok. So let me give my HONEST review before I dive in! The food is seasoned to perfection. The sauce does have a kick (but that’s right up my alley). He put some onions in the pan and I ate them ALL before I drove out the parking lot. The potatoes were cooked amazingly. The Strawberry mint basil lemonade (check his page for picture) was very refreshing with real strawberries in it. I will definitely be back and cannot wait to try other items off his menu.. thanks Cheff Cuethis is amazing 🤤🤤❤️❤️ Edited to add: and the seafood did NOT STINK! I have gotten seafood in the past that I had to throw away because of smell.. I’m very pleased 🤤🤤 More...

My signature dish is Butter Basted Aged Ribeye, Whipped potatoes and Crispy Brussel Sprouts.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating a perfect menu consist of constant communication of desires and available products and a large a range of techniques learned over 10 years.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because it is my purpose my life. I don’t really consider this a job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My children inspired me to start my business and giving back onto others. Knowing that my purpose in life is to provide good food and lessons to others keep me going everyday.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I don’t cook to feed you I cook to provide a experience that I hope you can’t receive anywhere else. My reward is seeing you satisfied and bliss.
