Cajun burger, very flavorful, toppings fresh, however the burger tasted premade/frozen. Over all good, could have been delicious.

Grilled shrimp tacos had plenty of shrimp, the fixings were fresh crisp mix of coleslaw and greens, the roumalade sauce was a mixture of sweet and spicy without too much heat, just some good solid flavor. I think I would suggest making it 3 tacos and could still make it was the same amount of shrimp adding more fixings would be a little bit more filling.

The queso fries or a mix of hot gooey cheese and crispy fries melded together in a yummy mess! Maybe offering one or two topping such as bacon or jalapenos could be the only suggestion I would consider to make side order any more amazing!

This place was a little hard to notice, and we weren't looking for it period just happens to see the flashing open sign and decided to stop because we love food trucks. She said she plans to increase the visibility very soon and I think that will help a lot. Overall I would highly recommend a visit to this place for my friends. ~gillian More...

Chef Charmaigne is wonderful!! I stayed in her airbnb last weekend. The house is beautiful and elegantly furnished. She is an amazing woman who knows her calling. She is a busy chef who manages to also host a very friendly, warm and elegant airbnb. I have seen her pantry, her food and found out that she is one of the top chefs in the state. She cooks with only healthy and organic ingredients. Her signature style is modern, interesting, and elegant, just like her! I hope to stay there again! Had a great time! Innovative menu at a difficult venue (outdoor horse show). Both selections of food we had were consistently flat out good! I had the fried chicken with waffle and a custom made sauce. My husband chose a breakfast "taceaux." We only had to wait a few minutes for everything to be assembled despite the line. Impressed! More...

Amazing food!!! The Cajun sausage is to die for, as is the fruit plate... and everything else!!! Lots of organic options, as well as GF for those of us with wheat issues. I'll be back for the food!

Chef Charmaigne came out to our Rockport Beach House early during the day to start preparing the most amazing dinner- appetizers included the best sauces, chicken quesadillas, and salad! The fish for our dinner - was the best I have ever had! Dessert was one of my faves- Tres Leches! Everything came out on time for dinner- and the service provided by Chef Charmaigne was spectacular!
