i can not be more impressed and grateful to have found them. We had tried 3 times to serve someone who owed us a lot of money unsuccessfully, as they are very slippery scammers. We were able to get the court to allow us a fourth time. While I wish I didn't need a process server at all, Debee, Tara and their team were on my side in the midst of a very stressful situation with a contractor whom I paid but who wouldn't follow through on my basement remodel. They went above and beyond my expectations in their efforts to serve the civil paperwork and provide advice on my next steps. The **** *** ****** ** ****** gave me wrong information which Debee caught and city employees later agreed that she was correct (court employees originally told me I had 10 days to serve papers before court date which Debee knew to be 14 days). This company is under new ownership and they are THE best! They have been so helpful to me during a really stressful time. The first time I called I found Josh to be extremely helpful and honest about my situation. From there the front desk woman Tara welcomed me with a smile and explained exactly how everything would work. Then to top it off, Steve, who was my process server, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process letting me know exactly when he was done with serving. I always use them and they have never failed to successfully serve the party. Sometimes the sheriffs are not able to serve during weekends or evenings.
