When I went to Charlotte's to go dress shopping, I honestly was not expecting to find "the one" that day - it was my first time going gown shopping and I'd heard so many stories of brides going to two or three different stores to find their perfect dress. But the consultants at Charlottes took the time to pick my brain to find dresses that looked good on my body figure and fit my desires. First and foremost, I want to thank Charlotte's Wedding for providing exceptional customer service. Everyone was nice. Melanie was my stylist. She is super professional, patient, kind, and her service was definitely top notch. When I first met her, she sat down with my bridal group and I and really got to know me. She listened to my ideas and was open to letting me try on different style of dresses given this was my first time. By my surprise, I fell in love with the mermaid style, which was least expected. I was very nervous trying on a dress at first because I hate wearing dresses, but Melanie made my experience flow smoothly! I walked in not expecting to find a dress. I really had no idea what I wanted. But wouldn't you know it I found THE dress. It is perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. This place is amazing! I went here first with my cousin (shown on the far right) when she was getting married and I wanted to shop here as well! They're incredibly nice and professional. They even have robes and under garmets if you're uncomfortable changing with someone. They also include off-the-rack dresses if you want to possibly find a designer dress at a discount (which is what I did!) I highly recommend this place for someone looking for their wedding dress! I have not purchased anything else from them yet though. But they also offer flower girl, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses. What a wonderful wedding dress shopping experience! After driving by several times in a weekend for work, I brought my bridal party and the moms to check out the $99-$199 sale. My goal was to try on different cuts and colors to determine what elements I liked best. However, I ended up leaving with the perfect dress! Maggie Sottero A-line, ivory and pewter, strapless sweetheart neckline. Originally $1799, and I took it home for only $99!
