We used Charlie's to cater our wedding & overall I would recommend them. I found the food and alcohol packages to be very fairly priced for the amount of food provided. Charlie's was accommodating for my budget and very communicative prior to the event. Unfortunately we weren't as impressed during our breakfast and the reception. The food for both meals was okay, but was not as good as when we did our tasting (we changed parts of our menu post-tasting, so partially my own bad). Some of my guests shared that there were no attendants present when they went through the line (we paid for two to serve and tend the buffet). We had planned with Charlie's to have a vegan meal option for some of our guests, unfortunately this was not available to my guests as promised. Charlie's was not as responsive to me after my event when I expressed wanting to share my feedback prior to the review and did not hear back from them after my last attempt to share before posting here. Overall my experience was fine, just not what I was promised. I would recommend them to anyone in the area but would recommend tasting of the exact menu prior to event and thorough communication about preferences that are important to you (such as meal options for vegans, etc.). Matt did the catering for the Celebration of Life for my husband. It was such a stressful time for me, but he walked me through everything and helped me to get it right. Everyone complimented the variety of food and how helpful & pleasant Matt and his assistant were that day. On one of the hardest days of my life, Matt helped to take some of the burden off me. Great Changes....I can hardly wait to come back. I have been a customer forever and swing in there for a fast dinner for my family. I trust the food without a lot of additives and some of your new items makes for great changes. I absolutely love Charlie's!!! Kevin, Robin and their staff are on top of everything and do it all right!!! Several of us go to Charlie's at least once a week (if not more) for lunch. The hardest part about walking in is figuring out what you want to eat as they have a variety of daily specials, build your own sandwiches, fresh salads, fruit, amazing desserts, etc., etc. and EVERYTHING is so good!!! Then to make it even harder, is I personally can't leave without buying our dinner too... Is it going to be a steak, burger, chicken or pork chop night Best meats in town!!! More...

Charlie's Butcher Block is a terrific place to pick up delicious food! I love stopping in to grab an amazing Turkey sandwich on freshly baked Italian bread with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and provolone cheese. Every time I take it back to our office at BSPA, all the nurses around the lunch table look at it and wish that they had my sandwich for lunch, too! First time at Charlie's today and I was in heaven!! I had the Italian sandwich and it was delicious! So much meat, and the dressing was amazing! I can't wait to go back and take home one of their baked goods because standing in line waiting to order...eyeballing those brownies, muffins, cannoli...oh my gosh... Also, they had a huge selection of chips, cheeses, cookies, jams and deli type grocery items. Varieties I've never seen before and am anxious to return and try. Looking forward to my second visit!!!
