I must admit I was skeptical when Pam told me she going to tape a couple wires to my son's fingers and tell me what his food allergies were. Stomach aches were really affecting him. It was a quick process with no pain or discomfort, just sitting in the chair while the machine did it's thing. Pam discovered he had a problem with Red Dye #40 and Mozzarella cheese. Well, we eliminated both of these from his diet, and never another stomach ache! I am amazed and will be returning with the rest of my family. It is easy to see in talking with Pam that she truly cares about helping others help themselves. I attended their Women’s Retreat in April called “A Place to be.” It was phenomenal! They did all the cooking for you with Whole Foods and it was delicious! There were plenty of activities planned and we had so much fun. I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time. I met other awesome women and made new friends. I did not realize how much I needed this retreat! We truly got pampered with massages, facials and pedicures! I just can’t say enough good things about it! I definitely want to attend another one. Pam’s women’s retreat was an amazing experience. The food was amazing and the information shared in classes has carried with me years later. I felt welcomed to attend the events that interested me, but to rejuvenate in peace and quiet as I liked. Since the retreat, I have been more intentional about the food choices I make as well as where I expend my energy. The doctors at our office decided to sign our office up for Get Thinspired as christmas gift. We have two offices and everyone was on board. We spend more time with our co-workers than we do our own families! It was so awesome to have daily accountability. We encouraged one another not to eat those goodies specialty offices dropped off, not to go get that sugary coffee on our lunch break, and we shared our secrets and ideas on new and delicious recipes. When we had office meetings, the doctors had healthy lunches provided! The majority of the office has lost at least 10 pounds (many have lost much more) and we all feel so much more energized and refreshed throughout the day! We are all so grateful for the opportunity Pam provided us as an office to seek healthier lifestyles. We definitely recommend any other offices to sign up for the program together! She has furthered her knowledge and obtained required certifications to reach many more that need assistance in changing their life. We have been going to Pam Mills for a few years now and have been very happy with all that she has helped us with. My daughter has had several intestinal, adrenal, and allergy issues and Pam has been on spot in giving us knowledge to overcome them and be well. Pam is very knowledgeable in her field of health and wellness and works diligently in coaching and informing you to better health. She has also taught me choices for healthier eating and lifestyle. I had several goals when I started visiting Pam. First and foremost was weight loss. Sugar addiction was a problem as well. Then, my ph balance was out of whack due to some meds I take. She addressed all of those issues with some sound counseling and nutritional education, and I was ultimately able to lose the 20 pounds. I feel much better as well! I had no idea she could help out with my Tourettes symptoms, which she found out I have with her assessment. (I have a mild case, which frequently goes unnoticed). She actually did some research, and found a supplement I could try. The only pharmacological option I had was taking an anti-anxiety or anti-depressant med, which really isn't an option with all the negative side effects. The supplement is working amazingly well, and it's actually just a combination of vitamins and minerals to "provide nutritional support for total well-being of mind and body." The bottle says it best!I know- a long review, but I am completely impressed, and highly recommend her! I've done a lot of research on health and wellness, and my background as a registered nurse gives me some additional knowledge on body systems that back up and align with the info she shares as a health coach.
