CertaPro painted nearly the entire interior of my townhome, which was not something that I wanted to do myself. The sales consultant was nice and knowledgeable, and understood my goals for the project. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional. We usually do our own painting but with a 2 story foyer and stairwells that would require purchasing yet another ladder we got a quote to check it out. So reasonable we didn't hesitate to get them on the schedule. They've also painted the outside hardy board and trim. Quick, detailed, friendly. Quality work certainly endears me to a company, but excellent customer service can make me a customer for life.  I recently received a call from Kirt, the owner of CertaPro Raleigh, who recently learned of the difficulties I had with the initial painting job they performed on my house.  He was apologetic that I was dissatisfied with the work, and wanted to ensure it was done to the Certapro standard.  After Kirt came to look at my house, and what followed was an example of exceptional customer service.  To ensure I was satisfied with the job CertaPro repainted the entire back of the house, cleaned every spot of paint off the brick work, and had a carpenter fix the back door.  They called me frequently to update me on the status of the repair work, and completed everything perfectly in a very short timeframe.  The back of house and carpentry work look incredible, which is definitely a testament to the quality of work I read about in their glowing references prior to the initial job.  I was really impressed that CertaPro came back immediately after they learned of my experience to make this job right, even though after 2 years later.  The quality of work they did the second time was exceptional and up to the quality standards that they advertise to their customers. Great experience from start to finish!! Knowledgeable estimator. Noticed issues with my home and they brought it to my attention in order to better protect my home from decay. I have used Certa Pro inside and out.  Barbie Dorsey-the sales rep is very professional, not pushy, helpful and kind.  Sheri in the office-let's you know what's going to happen, what to do and very helpful. The projects were done in the committed time, completely and beautifully. I used CertaPro for multiple projects around my home first an interior paint project and then the full exterior of my house.
I have small children and the company was very much willing to work with my busy schedule as well as answer and questions I had personally over the phone.
The paint crew was personable and easy to talk to, Sheri Storch a co-owner in the company came out before hand and helped me pick out colors.

Overall I would give CertaPro a Five out of Five because of how family friendly they were, how prompt and on time, how easy the communication was between my self and the company, and lastly because they helped in the process of picking colors for my house that I LOVE!! More...

I had the full interior of my home painted including, walls, ceiling, trim and doors. Certapro gave me a very fair price and I chose them because I felt they would follow through on the work they agreed to in the time they agreed to. And they did. The workmanship was excellent.
