Mike was awesome to work with! My girlfriend and I are expecting our first child and we wanted maternity photos for this beautiful moment. We picked Lake Las Vegas for our location and couldn't be happier with the photos. Such a great photographer and even better a fun person to shoot with. Mike with Cerious Productions was such a joy to work with and the video he produced of our wedding came out perfectly! We met with him a few weeks before our wedding to go over details and talk about the direction our video would go in. We had requested that our video be centered around our vows, as that was the most important part of our wedding to us. Mike told us that the goal he tries to give to his couples is for them to be able to relive their wedding through his video. That we, the couple, will be so busy throughout the day we will miss details and forget moments and he aims to capture those details and help us remember those moments. On our wedding day, mike had us both pre record our vows privately so ensure they were captured as they should be and I remember him moving all around our venue throughout the day and night. Upon receiving our video we were floored. He delivered exactly what he promised, a video centered around our vows with moments throughout the day that perfectly captured the essence of us and of our wedding and allowed us the privilege to relive our wedding day over and over again! Originally, I found Mike's company, Cerious Productions via Yelp. I wrote his name to contact for video coverage of my wedding. I was convinced after reading reviews from the wedding app I used that I wanted Cerious productions to cover my wedding! The prices and packages offered were competitive! Mike was prompt on returning messages and e-mails. He was easy to work with in terms of payment, package additions, coverage, and other details I wanted done. He met with us a week before the big day and clearly explained what the coverage entails and discussed our expectations. His team arrived on time on wedding day, and recorded well of things I was unable to see while I was getting ready - the front of the house, the signs, the arrival of guests, and many others... The highlight video was amazing! He send the first edit way before the promised date. I had requests of things to include and he edited it with no problem. The 2nd edit was delivered on time as promised... and was more beautiful! I am impressed with his work ethics, creativity, videography style, and choice of music! I have recommended him a few times already... After sharing the video on my Facebook page, I received several messages inquiring about his company. I enjoyed his style of wedding videography. Michael and I met prior to the wedding, and we went over thoughts and ideas. We didn't want the typical, cliche wedding video... I can't express how important a video of our wedding day was for me. We had put it on the back-burner for budget reasons, but as a professional wedding planner I know how quickly the day flies by - I wanted to savor every moment! We wrote our own vows, so that was my biggest area of concern (and I was right - I didn't remember anything he said because I was SO EXCITED to be there!) After finding Mike and expressing to him our budgetary concerns (and the fact that my fiance wasn't 100% sold on the idea of a video) he was very friendly and patient. He gave me a quote, but also gave me time to think about it. When we finally booked, he only took 10% of the cost as a deposit (low compared to other vendors I booked/have worked with in the past) which was a really appreciated.As we got closer to the day, he asked to meet for a one-on-one meeting to go over exactly what we wanted. He was very personable and easy to get along with - he put my fiance at ease about the video and listened to everything we asked for.On the day of the event, he was like a ghost (in a good way). I rarely saw him or his second shooter, but he managed to capture every moment perfectly. He gave us an accurate expectation of when we would have the video after the wedding, but was also polite/friendly when my mom and I emailed/text him to ask when it would be ready leading up to it. When we did get the video, my husband and I were so happy I can't even put it into words! He did EXACTLY what I asked for - I had a very specific style I was looking for and he nailed it.In short - I would recommend Cerious Productions 100% (and actually already have!) to anyone looking for videography. Incredible experience. Â I was in a pinch and messaged Cerious Productions on Yelp, among other vendors. His quote was very reasonable and communication prompt and professional. He confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. Â The project was to re-shoot an interview portion of our commercial because I hated my own lifeless performance so much. Michael was very supportive, super patient, and made me laugh and used some techniques to actually direct me - he probably saw that I was a novice and felt sorry for me :) Â As a result, the footage we received is so much better and I look much more natural and happy.
