Hello, I am Debbie Zuckerman (MA, NBC-HWC), owner and wellness coach of Centerpiece Wellness Coaching. My purpose as a coach is to empower adults 18+ to embrace opportunities and navigate obstacles, set and achieve purposeful goals, and experience improved wellbeing through meaningful and lasting changes.

I love helping people become more empowered to take charge of their health and wellbeing. My coaching style is centered around helping people increase their self-awareness through mindfulness and self-compassion practices. It is rewarding as a coach to witness a client break free from obstacles that keep them stuck in behavior patterns that no longer serve them. My ultimate purpose as a coach is to help people connect with and truly listen to their "inner resources" so they can move forward in their health and wellbeing journey.

I have experienced my own health and wellbeing obstacles as a young adult, wife and mother of three, and during my previous career as a marketing professional. I am personally aware of the emotional, physical, and mental stress that obstacles like negative thoughts and behaviors can have on one’s wellbeing. I have learned (and am still navigating) how to overcome these obstacles through mindfulness, self-compassion, and enhanced self-care. I became empowered to make significant changes in my life when I was first introduced to yoga and meditation. After becoming a yoga teacher, this passion led me to complete my graduate degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching and become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am now living with more purpose as a coach as I help others overcome obstacles and embrace opportunities to wellbeing.

I am a compassionate and empathetic person and offer a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore, share their concerns and hopes, and be themselves. I have certifications in mindfulness and meditation which I offer all clients. In addition, I use evidence-based coaching interventions like motivational interviewing and offer creative activities coupled with mind-body practices. I am not directive, but instead support, guide, and empower clients to set goals that are aligned with their own values, strengths, and passions. I help people navigate wellness their way.

I offer confidential and HIPAA compliant telehealth and phone coaching sessions through a secure online platform.

In this initial session, we will discuss what support and coaching plan will best serve you in your current and future wellness journey. I can explain the coaching process in more detail and answer any additional questions you may have. This session is customized to your needs and will include an optional meditation practice, intention setting, exploration, goal setting, and insight sharing.

Each follow-up session includes an optional meditation practice, weekly goal check-in, intention setting, exploration, goal setting, and insight sharing. We will review your coaching plan as needed to determine if any modifications are required to best support you in your wellness journey.

I use HIPAA compliant telehealth software for virtual video or phone sessions. All client communications are safeguarded through this platform to ensure upmost confidentiality.
