What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for assisting clients to be the best that they can be. My focus is on empowering them to find meaning and purpose in their lives by setting realistic goals and designing action strategies to achieve these goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My purpose in life is to empower individuals to be the best that they can be. I have been involved in the healthcare profession for many years and subsequent to retiring from my career as a registered nurse, I started my own business to continue engaging in my passion to support clients as they enhance their physical, mental, social, and psychological wellbeing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I hold a master's degree in counseling with a specialization in life coaching. However, more importantly, I bring a high level of professionalism and listening skills to the coaching relationship. These skills serve to motivate clients to explore various perspectives and identify action options available to achieve their specified goals.

Yes. Currently, we are conducting our life coaching virtually via Zoom and video chat. Other platforms can be added as the need arises.

Currently, during COVID-19, we are only offering our services virtually.
