Matt holds cooking classes for kids. Our 14 year old daughter took a private class for her birthday, and the rest of the family got to eat dinner. Matt taught her how to make Szechuan Chicken, fried rice, strawberry salad, and Asiago crusted rolls, all in an hour. Matt taught her how to clean and cook the chicken, prep the ingredients for the fried rice, and how to use a flat top grill to cook the rest of the dinner. Matt was patient and encouraging, coaxing her to create a delicious meal. When the evening was over, our daughter was asking if she could take another class. All in all a great experience. More...

I contacted Celebrity Catering for our son and daughter-in-law’s Michigan wedding reception. It was short notice and over Thanksgiving weekend. When they say “stress free” they really mean it! Matt has the great talent of “talking you off the ledge”. I was a basket case most of the time before the event but he reassured me that if there was anything I needed, even at the last minute that Celebrity Catering would make it happen. The venue didn’t provide the alcohol so we the parents of the groom were responsible for purchasing it, no problem. It was very stressful when they told us they didn’t provide the glasses either! Oh my gosh, the anxiety! Matt and Celebrity Catering said no problem and provided what we needed. I have Congestive Heart Failure and cant have any salt.. Matt said “no problem what do you like to eat?” He made me the most fabulous meal. So many compliments on the food and service!!! Couldn’t be happier with the way our event turned out. We booked Celebrity Catering for my baby shower on 9/9/18. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was! Matt was able to stay a bit during the event, and he was great! He is a professional and well mannered individual and "on top" of everything. The food was well stocked, everyone had what they needed to drink, and all of the plates were cleaned up in a timely manner. The rolls and salad dressing are amazing, and we may have shed a little tear when my sister dumped the leftover dressing! We also had chicken marsala and green beans... ok, I'm hungry again! Matt cleaned up after himself and left the space cleaner than when he came. I would refer them to anyone for any event! Oh my goodness....our experience was AMAZING!!! We were so blessed to get the opportunity to have a meal at Celebrity Catering! Matt and Ashley are truly the nicest people you will ever meet. Our food was top notch! I left so full because I wanted to try everything. My whole family had a terrific meal from my "I will eat anything" husband to my "I'm so picky I won't eat anything" children. That is nothing short of a miracle! My favorite was a spinach salad with strawberries and the most fantastic salad dressing I have ever tasted! I'm not even all that fond of spinach and I couldn't wait to have my left-overs today. We attended a graduation party catered by Celebrity Catering. The food was delicious, and the staff was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful. Beyond what I would expect of a caterer, they cleared plates and retrieved drink refills on behalf of guests. At the end of their night, before leaving, staff circulated to let all guests know the buffet had been restocked following the dinner breakdown with (the most phenomenal) sliders for late night snacking. We came to Celebrity Catering for a private cooking class with a group of 12 kids ranging in age from 4-10. Matt was patient with every child. He kept them engaged and entertained. He had Kidz Bop playing in the background and was playful with the children. The kids enjoyed learning how to cook and plate quesadillas and dessert nachos. OMG! My daughter really enjoyed herself yesterday! She got to work with a Professional Chef and she displayed her talent with the other kids. I attended a wedding this weekend catered by Celebrity Catering. Just about the best catered meal I have ever eaten! What I loved most, though, was the professionalism and customer service that was above and beyond! I personally saw Matt and his staff helping with moving chairs, carrying drinks for someone who had too many to carry by himself and serving guests in whatever capacity needed.
