I am so glad my husband and I chose Cedar Creek Catering for our wedding! After tons of research, I felt confident Cedar Creek would be the right choice after just one phone call with the owner, CJ. I loved how we were able to do the tasting BEFORE we ever hired him. It allowed us to make a more informed decision on what is arguably the most important aspect of any wedding. We loved all the options we were able to choose from, and CJ was super accommodating. He worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The tasting was a fun experience, and we knew immediately we would book Cedar Creek for our wedding. We were able to make adjustments to fit our specific tastes, which I found so refreshing. CJ worked with us to make sure we had what we wanted/needed within our budget. CJ works closely with several rental companies, so we decided to streamline the process and book the majority of our rentals through him as well. That saved us so much time and a major headache! He was there to answer any of our questions along the way. On our wedding day, CJ and his entire staff were extremely professional and courteous. I got so many compliments on the food, particularly the braised beef short rib, which is something CJ recommended himself. Cedar Creek Catering is a wonderful catering company that provides great food and service. They work with you to make sure your event is exactly what you dreamed it could be. CJ was great helping me plan for my fiancé’s surprise party! He was on time, set everything up, and made it super easy for us to just dig in! We went with a BBQ theme and the food was amazing! CJ met us at his own residence, gave us a beautiful tasting of appetizers and entrees. He then made the 90 min drive to New Jersey for our wedding. Fabulous staff and amazing food. All of our guests were overwhelmed by the quality and presentation of the meal that was served. Our special day was made more special by CJ and his staff. I was introduced to Cedar Creek Catering when a friend gifted me with a full dinner for 10 following a death. She knew we would be ready for a real sit-down meal after 3 days of nibbling whatever, whenever. My post is a little late, I now have an almost 4 week old baby who was only 4 days old on Easter..that I was hosting. I was also late to the game with taking pics, hence the lone cheesesteak eggroll that remained only 10 minutes after opening the trays . I couldn’t recommend Cedar Creek Catering more highly! Working with the owner, CJ, was the most smooth process I’ve ever been through with a caterer. I gave him the number of people attending and he put together a menu of options to choose from (he is also extremely accommodating if I wanted to stray from the menu options). We went with cheesesteak eggrolls that were cleared out before I had a chance to try (they were the hit of the night!). Legit steak was used, so if you think of stingers that are more cheese-like, these were more steak-like..and people are still talking about them! Also went with a charticure board and mushroom arancini for apps- both amazing! Our main course options were brown-sugar glazed ham, Asian grilled salmon and rib rubbed carved chicken with sides of roasted potatoes, creamed spinach, sautéd green beans and Mac-n-cheese. Everything was to die for (my personal favorites were the salmon and Mac-n-cheese). The meal was also served with homemade buttermilk biscuits- that I ate more of than I’ll ever admit to! With upcoming graduation parties I would definitely check them out..just don’t use them next Easter, I already called dibs More...

Food delicious, arrival and departure on time - set up everything as planned and left house in perfect order. CJ, the owner, was in excellent contact with us prior to the event. I've had Cedar Creek a few times at parties and was always very impressed. So this past weekend we had them cater my father in laws 60th birthday party. WOW! They outdid themselves once again. Everyone raved about the food, over and over again. Everything was fresh, hot upon arrival, supplies was provided and all. Five Stars for the food, service and presentation!!!
