Just Fabulous everyone was dancing no one wanted to get off the floor the best DJ we have ever had
Excellent, professional and generates a great
What a great job DJ Clifton did, he was a pleasure to deal with and really knows how to read a room. He did a great job getting people moving and was attentive to all our requests. Will use again and highly recommend. More...
Dj did arrive on time. I don’t think he has done many Quinceañeras. Really didn’t have the variety of music we were looking for. I asked him if he did them he said yes very enthusiastic. He wanted us to provide a playlist but I thought he would have more of the music we would of liked. Yes he did play some music we liked. Dj left on time as well. Dj didn’t like to speak into mic and get involved with the crowd. Thats one thing I didn’t like. Dj did help us out with surprise dance songs though. More...

Very easy to work with. DJ Clifton McLaughlin was excellent. Everyone had a wonderful time and were engaged in having fun with one another.
He was on time, courteous, and nice! Would def recommend again.
He arrived on time and very pleasant the entire time. He also accommodated us within a short time frame. We really appreciated that. Thanks Clifton!
Professional, kind and good energy. Exactly what you need at a party.
Our Response to Alice N. Husband Andrew on 4-3-19Hi Andrew, although I thank you for the feed back, I am a little surprised. Let me explain:1 - Regarding the first issue, The bridal party introductions. A - You hired your own MC, which means that the MC is responsible for ALL introductions and making sure the reception flows accordingly. My assistant who is an experienced MC intervened numerous times to make sure your MC was aware of what was going on because he did not know. My assistant coordinated with the Maitre D and your MC before the reception started, because even though you did not hire us to MC, we will not sit around and not help if we feel help is needed to make your reception better. B - Regarding the parents being introduced, again my assistant spoke with the MC and we followed his lead. We were not instructed to either not play any music for the parents or to play some alternative music for the parents. If the MC would have communicated that to us we would have done so. C - Lastly regarding the MC, he did not even stay until the end when we instructed you to give final remarks to your guests, that is part of the MC's job, yet we made sure it was done as to help you out.2 - Regarding the brides family requesting music. A - We were given specific Ballroom dance music to play, which we did play all of them. When they requested songs, we indicated to them that we played the ones that were given to us. We showed them the songs from your list and they indicated that there were other songs that should have been on the list. Which we were not given. B - Regarding, "an experienced DJ" and pulling other songs, you indicated to me that we should stick to the music you provided. Which we did. 3 - Regarding the open dancing. A - You did provide some upbeat songs, and we played probably 90% of the songs that were given. The crowd did get up for the group dances but unfortunately most did not respond well to the Ballroom dances which were the biggest requests of the evening. B - I believe that another issue with the open dancing is that normally the MC is the one to motivate the crowd and encourage them to get on the dance floor, which your MC did not do.4 - Finally regarding your PS: statement, although you are correct that the issue was not due to our equipment or process, we are sorry that it happened because everyone in that room thinks it was Christian DJ Enterprises that messed up. Your guests do not know that we were given a bad file, they think we messed up, and there is no way for us to correct that perception. We are truly sorry that you feel the way you do regarding our services. I believe that some of these issues could have been addressed at the reception and adjustments could have been made to your liking. We provided the services that we were contracted for and in some cases went above what we were contracted for. (see number 1). All we can do is the best we can with the information and music that we we given, and I believe we did that. Regarding your request for a refund, I am a little surprised. In all my years of DJing, I have never been asked to give a refund. I understand that you are not completely satisfied but we did everything that was asked of us and a refund is not warranted. We actually provided services that you were not charged for: 1 - We did not charge you for party lights but provided some basic lighting to try and help make your reception a more festive event at no charge. 2 - We did not charge your for the cocktail hour. Even though we did not play music we normally charge $100 for our time. Which we did not. 3 - I am sure that the Catering hall included a gratuity charge in your bill, whether you were 100% pleased or 75% pleased with their service to you. We did not and never include gratuity in our charge. If you want to discuss this further please feel free to contact me. I never want to leave a client unhappy about our services and I hope this email clears thing up a bit.Thank youCliftonChiristian DJ Enterprises Andrew L.Apr 13, 2019, 1:32 PMHi Clifton,Sorry for the delayed response, we were out of town for awhile and am now getting caught up on email. I appreciate the thoroughness of your response and agree you raised some valid points. I agree a refund is not warranted in light of everything.Blessings brother,Andrew More...

Our ceremony went smoothly and the songs were played according to what we had asked. The DJ was very accommodating to bring extra equipment for our solo guitarist at the reception too. Unfortunately, there were a few details missed during the reception and I would suggest that going forward Christian DJ Enterprises will take the time to work with their clients beforehand to understand there needs in these few areas:(These matters could have been easily avoided for an event this size if we were not brushed off prior that everything will be ok).The advertisement of the Christian DJ logo was center on the laptop placed in front of the dancefloor and did not go with the aesthetic of the decor. I would suggest that the company be transparent about this so those wedding celebrations that have a designed aesthetic is respected. The bridal party spent a lot of time choosing music tailored to each bridal member, but it was played out of order. It would have been beneficial if the DJ had looked at the program and read the names of the people coming out before playing the music out of place (or went through this with the bride and groom prior). Although the DJ has dismissed the responsibility to our Pastor who was volunteering as the MC for the introductions, it could have been easily avoided if the DJ listened to the announcements and played the songs to the people we had assigned it to.I highly recommend reviewing the program thoroughly with the client in the future. In particular any special dances such as an assigned 'father and mother song'. In our case, when the MC announced the 'father and mother song', the song played and as the song progressed, the song was garbled because the file was corrupted. (It looks like we had given the DJ a corrupted file of 'Take My Breath Away', but we are not clear as to when the file was corrupted.) I was unaware that the DJ had asked my husband to purchase most of the music he played. This is not a normal practice that I am accustomed to. This could have been avoided if the DJ professionally scanned the songs beforehand for major dances such as the 'father and mother song.' My parents practiced on early mornings for this song and the file was unfortunately corrupted. The extended family has been accustomed to family banquets with the DJs aware of how to be flexible and knowable with working with the program (even without an MC as present as our Pastor). Unfortunately, there were some miscommunications and missed details that could have been avoided. I'd suggest that the DJ and company thoroughly review the needs of the bride and groom before the day of the wedding to avoid these types of issues. More...

We had a great experience for our wedding. We were able to meet the DJ in person to discuss the details of our wedding, and we got to know him as well. We gave him a playlist and he played our songs, and threw in his own tunes as well. The wedding was amazing and everyone had fun. The banquet manager said of all the weddings he supervised, he'd never seen a wedding in which people were dancing from the beginning of the wedding all the way until the last second. Our DJ had everyone on the dancefloor the whole time. I'm sure a lot of our guests didn't know Christians can get down too! The MC was great too, and you can tell he has years of experience. He helped make our wedding go smoothly and motivated people to get up and dance. We would definitely recommend Christian DJ Enterprises for any occasion. Much love and respect, and such a blessing they are! More...
We needed a DJ for a family party on pretty short notice, and Clifton, the owner, really came through for us. His price was very reasonable, and he compiled a good playlist of what the type of music needed very quickly. And everyone danced more than we thought they would. It worked out great. More...

I have not one complaint in my experience with Christian DJ Enterprises. From the day we met Brother Clifton to the end of our wedding my husband and I have been so blessed by him and his business. Our wedding was absolutely incredible! Brother Clifton & MC Doctor D even led a sprit filled praise where my husband and I and our guests were just jumping and praising the Lord! From start to finish our wedding was filled with joy. And we truly thank Brother Clifton & MC Doctor D for that. They were professional, detail orientated, & filled with God's love. They were not just a DJ & MC coming to do a job, they were fellow brothers in Christ celebrating our day with us. If anyone wants a wedding or any event grounded and centered on Christ, then this is the DJ for you. They are true examples of how to lead a Godly business and have a glorious time with family and friends in God's presence. More...

I'm updating my review to report on the actual wedding day music now that my wedding day has passed. I was absolutely pleased and am happy to report that everything went pretty much as expected and the music provided was fantastic. People were up and dancing and had a lot of fun.Clifton arrived early and set up his station really tastefully. He and his MC wore suits and were super professional. I had a ton of last minute changes and was super picky/particular providing Clifton with a long list detailing everything from the song to play at the cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter retrieval & throwing, first dances, etc. Clifton was VERY flexible and accomodating handling our wide range of music tastes/styles (we had Spanish music like merengue, bachata, salsa but also a lot of English music --contemporary, classic and even a few odd-ball quirky songs). He was able to roll with the punches despite the numerous emails with music selection changes both from me and my sister. My sister came up with the great idea to do a table "dance-off" of sorts and Clifton and the MC made it work out really well. The entire wedding was really fun, yet tasteful -- no "Baby got Back" played here, thank you very much! After the wedding, Clifton even sent us a video clip of the bridal party and guests on the dance floor - given that we did not have a videographer, this was especially appreciated and will be treasured!!If I have only one critique, it is that the Spanish MC stumbled a bit with his pronunciation and there were a couple long pauses between music selections (actually my fault because we changed songs the day of) but overall I'm really glad I chose Clifton and Christian DJ Enterprises and I highly recommend their services.
