What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the people I help light up when they discover their first big breakthroughs--there's nothing like it. I feel happy for my clients and am honored to have been just a small part of their journey. This is why I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to be my own boss and have a business where I run it the way I want to in a way that aligns with my values: integrity, openness, heart, and passion. Having worked in the corporate world, you're always answering to someone else and while I've worked for some companies that embody the same values as mine, it's never 100%. I want to build a practice where I can fully live out my passion for helping people and do it at the level of integrity that I hold for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are plenty of life coaches out there and many of them are great. What I offer is myself, just as I am. Just as I expect my clients to come as they are, I am going to show up just as I am. Meaning, this is who you get--the perfectly imperfect individual who has walked through a lot of the situations and has felt a lot of what my clients probably have gone through and felt themselves. I offer the real me because I want my clients to feel comfortable and know that I get it and they're going to see the same person the closest people in my own life sees. What I will commit to is to be there for my clients, see them for who they are, cheer them on, and hold them accountable every step of the way. I want to make my client's experience with me fun, eye-opening and REAL.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide my services 100% online. When you book your appointment with me you will be sent a Zoom meeting link. While I meet clients in the virtual world, I strive to create a very intimate and fun environment so that it's as if we're in the same room together. It's important to me to be able to be face-to-face with a client so I do ask that my clients allow themselves to be on camera during our sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I conduct all meetings virtually via Zoom so there is no contact whatsoever.

As a gift to my future clients, I offer a FREE 1-hour Discovery call. This is a no-obligation session that allows me to get to know you and you to get to know me. During this session we will go over the outcome you desire and uncover what obstacles you may have that are stopping you or preventing you from achieving those. The goal of the call is to see if there's a fit and if there is, we can proceed with discussion options of programs. Again, this call is totally free and even if you don't decide to work me right now you will walk away with valuable nuggets about yourself and really get to see what it's like to go through a life coaching session with me.
