We began planning for our Christmas party by calling Jon Karpinski of Catering With Elegance. Jon made the complete process quite simple and enjoyable, from placing the order to selecting delivery time to the actual delivery - everything worked like a fine Swiss watch! And, to say everything was PERFECT would be an understatement. All of our guests really enjoyed all of the delicacies that Jon and his team at Catering with Excellence prepared. Catering with Elegance has been our exclusive caterer for our 75-150 person events for over a year. He continues to dazzle the Residents and always leaves our clubhouse with numerous compliments. Jon and his friendly staff not only provide amazing food but a incredible service. He has made our events easy bringing everything down to condiments and plates if needed. Not only does it taste good but looks incredible. The chalving dishes are pretty, condiments are in bowls, salad always looks colorful. He also works to create a diverse menu plan for our themed parties. I would recommend Catering with Elegance for any size catering need. They do a fantastic job preparing, setting up and catering the events for us. I use Catering with Elegance for our small church in Elgin and everyone there has vowed that his food is better than any of the caters used in the past. Not only the food being fantastic, the employees are just as great. We have started using Catering for funeral luncheons, and with these giving Jon only a few days notice, he always is there for us. My husband always wanted a backyard "Mexican Fiesta" party. So for his 60th birthday, we hired Elegance to cater a "Mexican Fiesta" grill out in our backyard. The food was absolutely delicious! Juan prepared, made to order, fajitas, grilled veggies, tequila shrimp skewers, guacamole and salsa. The bar was stocked with Mexican favorite beers and Amy, the bartender blended traditional and strawberry margaritas, as well as sangria. Elegance also provided a server, Donna, who cleared plates and gave me the ability to mingle with my guests. The party was exactly what he dreamed it would be!
