They will not allow you to order pizza to go on Sunday if they are extremely busy or short on the pizza dough. They tell you that you must dine in only. That's just mind blowing.

Last weekend we had relatives from Yorkshire to stay during the heatwave. "Eeee its 'ot here lad". We thought a trip to the Rose and Crown at Severn Stoke was in order and managed to book a table in the lovely cool dining room. I would have sat outside in the gardens but our visitors were suffering badly from the heat. Everyone chose something different but we were all delighted with the choices we made. Sunday Roast, Pulled Pork Burger, Lamb Shank, Chicken and Bacon salad and I chose a Rosie Burger. Good job we missed breakfast or we would not have finished the meals - never an option for a Yorkshireman - A couple even managed deserts which were equally amazing. The largest American website builder, even Mat Mulenweng, the creator of WordPress (WordPerss has over 41% of the Internet sites, more than all competitors' platforms combined) said on his personal website that he respects Squarespace and considers it a solid company! If for some reason WordPress is not suitable for you to create a website, I highly recommend using Squarespace for this purpose, but only with a competent developer! More...

The Event I attended was wonderful...HOWEVER..we had our Sister-in-law with me who is in a wheel chair...to gain access to the building the ramp is around back coming in through the Kitchen. .not the most flatering way to enter the building...But I was even more shocked to discover that once we got inside the building there was no elevator,chair lift ...nothing to get my sister-in-law to the 2nd floor where the event we were attending was going on...so we had to carry my sister-in-law up the flight of stairs to the event we were attending...Galloping Hill has been here since I have been a kid and has been remodled at least once...How do they not have an elevator or Chair lift for wheel chair bound or even elderly people he have difficulty handling stairs...This is CRAZY !!!!!!! Their site claims "award winning support" but, in truth, it's the absolute worst I have ever experienced. There is NO phone support. Their online Bot says it is directing me to a live chat and to hold on but then it just hangs there ("Thanks! Please wait while I transfer you."). If I select the email contact option, I get nothing. I have been trying to contact them for days and have gotten no where, all the while my site has been down. Looks to be a billing issue associated with Google Workspace (Squarespace is a reseller and Google Support just directs me back to Squarespace Support for resolution..... wonderful). But the domain this is apparently connected to is not on my Squarespace dashboard. The entire thing is confusing and frustrating. i'd give them 10 stars if i could! their service is so quality and super professional!! every single person is warm and attentive. they are so real and relatable too. i just spent 2 months being fed by this crew and i never had even 1 bad experience. they cook for very large amounts of people and the taste and quality of their food is always on point. i'm especially impressed by their vegan options since i've been vegan over long periods of time and know how hard it can be to find good food that doesn't taste vegan. awesome crew, delicious food! I was so looking forward to eating at the Vault and I was very disappointed this morning. Last time I ate there was over 2 years ago and with the pandemic, we had not been back. The wait staff was ok snd the atmosphere was good except for our seatingwas terrible. Unfortunately, our food was mediocre. They really should inform everyone about the wonderful space upstairs and outside. We had no idea that existed until after our breakfast. I agree with most of the negative reviews about squarespace. My web designer chose this company to create an updated website for me. I have been using go daddy. Unfortunately my designer and good friend passed away last year. He had been financing the billing and when it was completed the billing would transfer to me. I reached out to squarespace over a week ago and their customer service, or lack of is by email/twitter only. So in only having a few questions for them and the mind numbing experience of back and forth emails well over a week, I will have to allow all the work he and I did to date to just sink into the abyss. I agree with all the people who have reviewed squarespace customer service as an epic fail and find their email only based option for help ( lack-of) unsatisfactory. I will not put the site on my account due to their poor customer service set-up and will re-do my site keeping go daddy as the host and look into other options. More...

If I could give Elvira's Cafe more than 5 stars I would. We ate here for the first time last night and it was wonderful! We had the boneless pork chops . Delicious! You could cut them with a fork. It's disappointing to see this on television. As a citizen, seeing this doesn't make me feel safe that business owners are not going above and beyond to wear a proper face mask. As shown on SPECTRUM NEWS1, this business owner Mary Perez is shown serving food onto plates/ to-go plates in her restaurant kitchen. As a restaurant business owner why would you think that type of face covering will keep from her breathing and her breathe not traveling downward onto the food. I guess our breathe only traveling forward? I would not eat at that restaurant seeing that. In this circumstance if she had COVID-19, it's possible she has contaminated the food. You even see a member of her staff speaking to the camera with his mask below his nose. How are people supposed to feel safe that, temperatures are being taken at that restaurant before starting their job, that they wear their masks & gloves are being worn while working? They have NO actual phone customer service that care about you.HORIBLE!!! Absolutely don't do it! You will need a lawyer. The design is beautiful but it isn't worth it . They will charge you for things you were not supposed to be charged for, always give you the run-around, never refund you. You will think you were under a set of terms that they do not stick to. They don't have anything but email customer service so they just choose what they want to answer and they have never once fixed a problem. It is also a different person that answers each one of your replies so you are never talking to the same person and I don't think they have the authority to do anything but give you the run-around. Judging by the hours they answer I don't think they are based in the US either. In fact there was a problem and all of their advice ends up costing me money I never knew I would be charged just for folllowing their directions. When I saw I was charged I immediately contacted them saying there was no mention of charges and they won't refund saying "once it's been charged we cannot refund". I also have another charge from them that I have no idea what it's for charged the same day. I've had other problems that were not resolved and gave up out of sheer frustration with dealing with them but now it's not an option. I'm so sorry to say it but I really don't recommend this service. They do not care about you as a customer at all! And I mean to a degree that is unethical and illegal!When they make mistakes they don't fix them and everything is over email. Just bad news. Don't do it. And really I'm very nervous about dealing with them to cancel and just use a different service after the other reviews below mentioning their shady practices because in all honesty I really don't put it past them. The food was good as usual, but mgmt made the choice not to follow rules of social distancing. People were packed in restaurant and on the patio. I am sorry Ms. Perez has chosen not to follow rules set by the county. We will no longer go to this restaurant until they follow rules or this COVID19 is over. Read their BBB complaints before doing business. A couple of common threads:1) They don't have responsive customer service. 2) There are a number of ways they try to bill you more. Delaying answering your request to cancel is one of them.I've been trying to remove my card from a business account I'm no longer a part of. I got passed from rep to rep. They won't handle this on the phone, just by email. They either ignore me for days until I remind them to respond or give me another totally unnecessary hurdle.From what I gather from other complainants, I think they like to delay until they can push another charge. I'm pretty shocked at how many of these complaints are coming in during a pandemic. Warning... Squarespace doesn't have a function to tell you if stripe (their credit card function) isn't connected. The "test mode" on Squarespace says its functional even though I had a customer finally speak up and tell me it wasn't taking their credit information. My website credit card function was offline for months even though it shows it in working function on the Squarespace side of the website.<br><br>I contacted Squarespace and they admitted that it was a function that they haven't figured out yet. They were really rude and not willing to compensate me for the months I had been losing online sales.<br><br>I told them I would continue service I would just like the months my credit function was unknowingly disabled to be given to me as a credit. Tried switching over to square space? Good luck they have had my domain in limbo for weeks costing me thousands of dollars. There is no contact information and what little information they do give is water down and a complete run around. I have tried contacting them via email but no response in fact the only way to get a response is to spam them on Twitter to get a small response and it's as fallows<br>"Thanks for following up with us. We were able to locate your ticket and it looks like your case has been escalated to an Administrator to resolve the issue. Please note, escalated tickets can take a bit more time to resolve. It may be up to several days before you receive a response.<br><br>We apologize for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience while we work on this for you." <br><br>A few days have turned into 3 weeks????<br><br>My business needs this site to operate and everyday that it's down costs me and my employees. I'm a small business owner and to have a company take my money and not deliver on the product hurts my bottom line. It's been 3 weeks and they cannot transfer my domain this crazy. This company is terrible, and will be a nightmare of hours trying to get help. I canceled a domain 2 years ago. I get email consistently telling me that if I "do nothing" my domain will be canceled. Then I've been billed over $100 3x in the past 2 years. I've spoken to customer service, I've sent email, they tell me they fixed the problem, then unexpectedly and shockingly I see my account charged repeatedly. Miserable experience with this company. I'm greatful for the job a web designer through 99 Designs did for my consulting business but it could have been done much better. <br><br>I had my website design done within 1-2 days but it of such poor quality that even my good friend told me it was a crappy job. I paid over $1,200 and as a result got business delayed because of this.<br><br>To make matters worse, Squarespace did not make the experience helpful for me when I tried getting an appointment scheduling system in place and had me first go to the FAQ when they could have provided customer service like a damn bank.
