I don't know of anyone else I'd like to hire for my catering needs. Diana can provide anything for any event you might have. The food she provides are top notch. Over Labor Day weekend, I had an event with Catered by Diana. It was the first time I had used a caterer and Diana made it work wonderfully. The food and drinks were great and plenty ot it. Diana and her staff were very gracious and skilled. I particularily enjoy the selection of appetizers and desserts, but the entrees were terrific also. I have had her food on numerous events. There is always a good variety of taste and texture. Great service and great fresh food. The sausage cannelloni was delicious. Also, I would have never thought to put pesto on salmon, but it was delicious!!! More...

Diana catered my Mom's 70th birthday party. My mom was very ill at the time as this was her last birthday, she passed a week later. We had lots of friends and family come from all over the state to see my mom and love her so I wanted to be able to focus on our guests and my mom. Diana responded quickly to all of my emails and had an amazing menu to choose from. She dropped off the dishes that were beautifully displayed and she even had a menu so everyone could see what they were eating. After the party i sent her a quick text and she picked up all the dishes. I am just finishing off the last of my goat cheese from the party, and i gobbled up the other leftovers in the days following the party, I've been savoring the goat cheese. I will definitely call Diana for any and all of my future catering needs. She's the absolute best. More...
