I had the pleasure of working with Cass and Dom. Being able to meet virtually 1:1 with Cass on a weekly basis really helped to shed some light on and discuss some of the obstacles that kept me from working on my goals. Many times by just simply talking, I was better able to organize and Cass' motivation factor helped me get it done. The weekly virtual group meeting was also nice in that it helped me connect and it was a community that also motivated me- a place where I could challenge and be challenged which made it a little fun. Dom's daily video work-outs were specifically designed for my available time frame and stated goals and really met my expectations. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to continue to stay strong, connected and thriving. More...

Coming from a former personal trainer & someone who’s hired/ worked with a variety of trainers for myself (both in person & online) over the years, I can honestly say dom’s training programs are top notch. He is on the ball when it comes to customizing plans for each individual client, being quick af to text back whenever you have a question or a comment about the training, & just making you feel supported in reaching your goals on a day to day basis. Cass and Dom helped me fall in love with strength training and lifting. They designed workouts tailored to my needs, goals, and schedule, which finally got me excited to workout again after previously feeling as though I was in a pandemic rut. I look forward to my workouts and feel so much stronger, happier, and healthier! Their coaching calls were also super helpful because they pushed me to reflect on my goals and habits in a way that helped me bring more awareness to so many aspects of my daily life, from how much water I was drinking per day to how much sleep I was getting at night. But the best part is that Cass and Dom are just awesome people and they made this process so much fun and motivating. Cass & Dom were wonderful! My wife and I both signed up for 6 weeks of training, coming in at different fitness levels, but both in need of a fitness refresh. After the six weeks we were both stronger, looking more fit, and feeling great (from a sleep standpoint/stretching standpoint). Dom and Cassie were always available to answer any questions and make any tweaks based on how my body was feeling that week or what equipment I had available.
