We were having a Housewarming, Snowbird and Retirement 🥳 He recommended what would suit our guests. Everyone was very impressed Would highly recommend Chef Jason and his team. What’s your signature dish?
We are not limited to any single type of cuisine. Northern Italian, Cuban / Latin, New Orleans style Cajon, Classic French, Mid Western American BBQ are types of cuisine that we specialize.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First we establish our clientele base, (Who are we feeding) what is the vision / direction of the host? Then we collaborate ideas to create the menu. Once the menu is established we set the environment, (what location, color theme, rentals and décor) to create the perfect event.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to utilize all of my experience in one place. I have worked for some great companies and each one of them had so much to offer that I can bring a lifetime of hospitality to my new and existing customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working on an on line meal prep company while running a multi location fine dinning restaurant group as the cooperate Chef. Covid Hit, and we closed all 5 locations. Having experienced this before after Katrina in New Orleans, I knew there was slim chance of reopening so I launched care package and created some work for quite a few of my employees.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide disposable gloves at the front of all buffets, that guest put on before going through the food areas. If the host would like us to make masks mandatory for your event, we will accommodate.
