I’ve paid this company almost a month and a half ago , and have yet to receive any edits for my 8 videos I’ve sent them. Takes weeks to hear anything back from a rep . I’ve asked for my money back in return but have yet to hear anything back for nearly a month. The reason for this post is because I’ve asked for my money back in return but I’ve still haven’t heard anything back . I must admit with this being my first time using someone to edit my videos It was a little nervous for me. But within 5 mins of speaking with Kevin from CapriTaurus media, it didn’t feel like business. It felt like a friendship. I told them the ideas I wanted for my YouTube and Social media channel and the process couldn’t have went any more smoother than it went. I was completely blown away by the video editing and how professional it looked. With this company being based in Los Angeles and me being in Atlanta, I thought the communication would be difficult but it wasn’t. Any questions I had or needed about my video content was answered. I was inspired at an early age through art, performing, and telling captivating and touching stories that make us all feel a bit more connected.

Currently, we offer initial client virtual meetups, assessments, and discussions both via conference call and video calls, and other practices to continue serving our clients remotely during this time.
For services relating to post-production, our entire workflow process has been tested to be successful virtually for every client we work with. We have many tools and various systems in place to ensure safety, security, health, and satifaction for all of our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Due to the current world conditions being affected by the COVID 19 pandemic changing on a daily basis - our team at CapriTaurus Media has taken necessary precautions and practices to keep operating to any extent possible.
For any work requested to be performed in person that cannot be done remotely, CapriTaurus Media must comply with all government ordinances and regulations during this pandemic.
Each of our team members are required to take Covid-19 tests prior to any production date to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Any and all future work related to in-person completion (ex: production, set location, etc.) will need to be completed or continued after the appropriate ordinances are lifted - if "said ordinances" restrict abilities to congregate or travel (Ex: Stay At Home Orders, Lockdowns, Etc.)
