Remodels, additions, and garage/attic/basement conversions are $5000-7500 for design. If engineering is required, those fees are additional. Some projects only need $1000 engineering to remove a wall and add a beam, while others need $5000 to improve foundations for a second story.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A few standards to consider when converting a garage are: Windows - are there any windows? Where could you place a new window? Ceiling Height - many jurisdictions require a minimum ceiling height for conversion. Insulation, heating, lights and outlets are other considerations.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
In the case of a garage conversion, you need to conform to building regulations, fire safety, and local zoning codes. Start with a capable building designer that can efficiently apply your City/County codes to your design.

We love helping people! So many of our clients are excited to start a long-awaited project to improve their lives and we love that we get to be a part of that experience!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started as kind of an accident. We started helping friends and family with projects and then it sort of blossomed as more and more referrals came in over that first year. We are several years in now and really enjoy helping our clients reach their goals with their homes.
