I have been to several of their locations and at the times of my visits I have encountered nothing but friendly and helpful staff. The only reason it is not 5 stars is there was a miscommunication between staff and my dog did not get a bath prior to me picking her up. This was an LSU game day so they were extremely busy so while I was disappointed it does not detract from the care that was given. More...

I leave my puppy there all the and he loves it! Love being able to watch through my webcam. I can feel secure and not feel guilty over working all day and leaving him home alone. He comes home all tired from all the play and socialization. The helpers are super attentive and have gotten to know my dog. Also been doing dog training and their trainer Patrick is absolutely amazing. I've even been to other locations but Baton Rouge location is just way better. Cannot recommend this place enough!
