Love this place and the staff they take care of our little fur babies...i wouldnt trust our dogs anywhere eles!!! They always seem to go above and beyond and we will continue to go to them!!!!

Love Camp Bow Wow at Westport! I have a very high energy terrier puppy and his days at camp keep both of us sane :) He can run around and play all day just like he wants to. I liked the various play areas according to a dogs size and temperament, a staff person supervising each play area. I sure loved watching my chihuahua from home on the doggy cam could not put my iPhone down. The interaction between staff and dogs was great and when dogs got a little too rough in their play the person in charge would gently break it up. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my Chihuahua. This place will be a great option for me when my husband or me cannot get the dog outside because of snow and ice and our disability issues when we have that kind of weather. Thank you so much! I’ve never let anyone keep Bella overnight other than family and it was very comforting to know I could trust them with my dog. From the first call to the interview they were amazing. Very patient and take the time to get to know your dog (personality/habits). Bella is anti social but they were very understanding and let her do her. I was able to see her on the app everyday!! Rescued a 18 month old German Shepherd. Three days later my Father passed away. I was the 4 th home she had. I had to Fly back out East the next week. I was emotionally overwhelmed. A friend mentioned Camp Bow Wow , I called and explained my situation. Duchess spent 5 nights there. I paid for some basic training and extra special attention. The staff there were great with her. She had never been properly socialized and we hadn’t had the time yet to properly bond.She had a wonderful experience there and I have continued to bring her there for daycare and occasional over night stays as I look for a new home in Lawrence. Whenever we pull up outside she gets very excited. It’s become her home away from home.The staff were sympathetic to her needs and they made a difficult situation ( no fault of Duchess) much easier and less stressful for her.I have had Rescues my entire life and understand the emotional stress rehoming a dog can be.I am glad I found Westport Camp Bow Wow. We have taken our boy to Pete and Mac's, and Dog Pawz, and Camp Bow Wow has been fantastic! Dog Pawz in Downtown was exceptional and their closing was unfortunate. We now do a mix between Camp Bow Wow Westport and Dog Pawz Westport and Camp Bow Wow has been amazing. Their hours are better than Dog Pawz and so far they are more customer oriented (have helped me with my dog getting in during ice/snow conditions because I have a infant). My dog comes home happy and tired, their cageless daycare is a great place for him since he is nervous and high-energy. A great place to consider for daycare or boarding! More...

Left my little 10 month old pup Lacey here for 4 nights while I was out of town. She loved it! I was able to check up on her on the video camera and felt better about leaving her for so long since it looked like she was in good hands and having lots of fun playing with other dogs her size. Staff was super friendly and facility was super clean! She even got some one on one snuggle time on her first night with a staff member. When I picked her up, she was exhausted! (A good thing since she is very high energy and never stops playing!) Will definitely be using this company again in the future for overnight boarding and day care.
