Love the love web cameras in the play yards during the day! I felt so much better while I was away because I could check in and see her playing with the other pups, and getting comforted by employees during thunderstorms. Heads up though if you're boarding your pup during a trip like I did: cameras are not included in the overnight rooms unless you book a "luxury" suite (that wasn't clear to me until I was already on my trip and couldn't see her at night). These folks take great care of all of our dogs, especially our deaf one he loves his day camp days and his overnights. We tried all sorts of places closer to our house and found that the drive to CBW is well worth it.

We love boarding our dog at Camp Bow Wow. They get to spend all day with the day care dogs in the play rooms and are not just cooped up in a kennel. It seems expensive to board here, but it’s really not if you take that in to consideration. The web cams are great to check in on them during the day. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and helpful whenever I call with questions. The play rooms are relatively sparse but it makes sense that they keep them that way to avoid dogs getting aggressive over toys or something. Also, our dog got a free bath bc he boarded during his birthday which we didn’t know about which was awesome! And they took some extra cute pics and made a special post about him which made us soo soo happy while we were out of town. More...

So much love for the staff here! We adopted our boy Rupert through ARNO & this location had been graciously been fostering him. Based on the cleanliness of the facility, excellent grooming and fun our pup has here, we will be Midcity campers for life! Special thanks to the staff (especially Alane and Jason) who took such loving care of Ru while he was still a foster pup. He will always love you all!Update: still awesome! Our newest rescue baby Lady, along with Rupert, were boarded together for the first time and we would not have left them with anyone else! We were able to keep an eye on them both in their suite and in the play yards. We watched them have a blast and were perfectly groomed, tired and happy when we picked them up. I absolutely LOVE taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow Mid-City. He is always happy when I drop him off and pick him up. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I feel safe leaving my dog there with them because I know he is not only having a blast, but being well taken care of. I love that I can check in on him throughout the day on the cameras. From Merlin’s camper interview to his days at daycare, the staff at Camp Bow Wow have been amazing for Merlin. Having a Great Dane it is fantastic to find a facility that understands bloat and actively structures the time at camp to minimize this from happening. They take great care of your dog here. I do day care twice per week and it’s well worth it. I always board here because I know my pup will get plenty of play time and great care. We evacuated from Florida this past week. This was our first time at Camp Bow Wow. They gave me a complete tour of the facility: the friendly staff, the exceptionally clean facility, the doggy cabins with their private T. V, the individual play areas separating the big dogs from the little dogs, a doggy sitter in each area monitoring their playtime, and the fact that each area has a camera where you can view your dog online. I felt very comfortable leaving my two dogs with them. Bianca went out of her way to make sure that my black lab was comfortable as he has a bit of separation anxiety. I've used a couple different companies for dog day-care and boarding. This facility and staff seem to be above the rest.
