Camilo was very prompt and professional in his responses. I do not live in the Miami area and was looking for a caterer to prepare dinner for a family that was unexpectedly traveling to Miami for a family emergency.
Camilo was great. The food was delivered on time and was delicious.

What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is my red wine braised short ribs with whipped potato, glazed baby carrots, pickled tomatoes, & red wine demi glace.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to ask my clients exactly what they want to experience and curate unique menus based on what they tell me. While I have set menus to chose from, I think asking the client exactly what they want is special.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job the most is bringing people together through delicious food. I love that each event, dinner party, catering is different. I get to do what I love on a daily basis and its always changing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 16 years in the restaurant industry, I felt I had the knowledge & experience to venture out on my own. I've always wanted to start my own business to become my own boss, I am very self motivated and do very well pushing myself on a daily basis.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is what I've always done, I have never worked anywhere other than with food. It's my absolute passion. I have extreme attention to detail, I am laser focused on my goals and ambitions and take every client with the upmost professionalism.

We do offer remote services/online for our food/beverage. We focus for now on the food and also a beverage program. So we're able to fully quote the client via phone/email on all food & beverage related inquiries.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take the upmost care with our clients. We can take a rapid test before coming to the event, we can wear masks, and are always wearing gloves anyway. We can adjust to any clients needs and/or preferences.
