- Are you utilizing Google Analytics right now?
- What actions do you want your audience(s) to take?
- What information do you currently capture about these audiences?
- How do you capture this information?
02 Assessment
- What primary problem/s are you trying to solve?
- What are some ways that you want your organization/business to be reflected via your website?
- Do you believe that is happening now?
- If no, why not? If yes, what’s working?
- If you could solve these problems what would that mean for you?
03 Technical Assessment
- Are there any areas that are roadblocks with the current site?
- What goals do you have for the site in the future?
- If money were no object what would you do to your organization's/businesses site?
- What needs should we be aware of for your daily operations?
- Is there a deadline for the final product?
