I operate a home-based bakery, in Atlanta, Georgia. All of my custom baked goods are made to order from scratch and I believe in using the finest ingredients to produce the freshest cakes and treats. Custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, candy apples and chocolate covered strawberries are some of the products I make.

I met with Niecy and shared with her my ideas about what I wanted the cake to capture for my husband's 80th Birthday party! I told her that I wanted it to be a "Centerpiece" cake! As I described it, she drafted a drawing and we worked together until she knew exactly what I wanted! I took pictures of my husband's artwork, a picture of him, and a cover of his manuscript and then forwarded them to her. She added the Nikon camera. Oh my goodness!! I couldn't have been more pleased!! When I entered the ballroom, I marveled at her masterpiece!! So much attention to detail!! It was all included! I highly recommend "Cakes by Niecy"!! When my son was turning 3, I of course waited to the last minute to try to locate someone to make a specialty lego Ninjargo cake, I found Cakes by Niecy and she made it happen and the cake was amazing my son loved it. I was so excited I told everyone about it and again this year my son turned 4 she came through again with the Ninja Turtles theme cake and matching cupcakes. Cakes by Niecy did the Groom's cake for our New Years Eve wedding and it was beyond perfect! Jerry (the Groom) is in Naval Flight Training flying the T-45 and she recreated the plane just perfectly (runway, aircraft, and all! ) Jerry is very critical of airplanes not looking as they do in real life and even he said "Wow!
