Cadence Labs is an absolute lifesaver. Simply put, they are knowledgeable, affordable, friendly and honest, and I cannot recommend them any more highly. I originally found them over a year ago but my company decided to go with someone else. What a mistake. When we finally decided to have Cadence Labs help us with our site, they were able to accurately troubleshoot several key issues, including patches that were not installed correctly (and some not at all)--even though we had paid another company to perform these updates.Cadence Labs was completely up front with everything they planned to do and we received weekly updates with what they actually did. Their transparency is unique and their pricing is incredibly fair. And they are also very reliable--if they say they are going to do something, they do it, and do it right the first time. As a Marketing Director of a company moving from small business to the next level, looking for a good fit for our company's needs I landed on Cadence because they had the technical knowledge and support we needed coupled with the understanding and support of our digital user experience in design and functionality. .. a hard match to fit from one source but they are all that and more. With our partnership, we launched a website redesign that included over 20K pages and didn't suffer any redirect issues (expecting a 3 month unavoidable bloody mess with a site of this size)... in less than 30 days we were reindexed with search engines, and all sales and stats were up 20% and have been climbing since.
