I am a Pescatarian-I do NOT eat meat. I ordered a shrimp burrito, jalapeño mashers & a sprite. This is all I got-a chicken burrito with nothing else. I called the restaurant 4x-sent to voicemail. Last time this happened? The manager thanked me for being a loyal customer, asked for my address to send me out a gift card. LMAO it was never sent. This restaurant has gone down hill drastically over the past 11yrs so have been going. The kitchen, staff & mgmt clearly do not care. But hey, thanks for giving my dogs some food tonight & I appreciate you answering the phone to make this right. (It’s a joke) More...
