I had the pleasure of working with Cathie as the event planner for an annual event hosted at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key in May! This is the 4th year I’ve worked with Cathie and I can tell you I always look forward to it each and every year. She is the queen of organization and details, and remains calm while under pressure! I know I can depend on Cathie to meet deadlines at the venue when it comes to sleeping room cut-offs and submitting food, beverage and audio/visual needs for the event. Besides her superb attention to detail, her communication skills also stand out! Whenever I needed a question answered, Cathie was on top of it immediately. Cathie and her daughter did a phenomenal job at my wedding yesterday. They were able to accomoaccom me last minute and took my very limited wedding vision and made it into the most beautiful ceremony and reception. I was not very picky with anything and gave them what I had purchased and they just ran with it and knocked it out of the park. Everything was absolutely perfect. Cathie did an amazing job as our day of coordinator for our wedding! She was very easy to communicate with, asked great questions and went above and beyond with everything that needed to be done on the day of! I did not have anyone ask me for anything or call me on the day, she took care of any questions that people had. Ceremony decorations could not have been any better, and she even improvised and reused the ceremony flowers at the reception space. C Squared Events did an excellent job on my wife’s 70th Surprise Birthday Party. Found a venue, supplied a DJ, catered the event, and supplied all the beautiful decorations for the party.
