What do you love most about your job?
I live believing each of us can be a leader in our daily lives and make a positive difference whatever our title or position may be. Helping people become the leader they are meant to be, gives me great fulfillment in the work I provide.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to assist people in learning how to be more productive in their worlds the way I did for the leaders I developed throughout my career.

Yes, I can provide coaching sessions via Zoom or over the phone. Many of my clients are burnt out over Zoom and prefer talking over the phone. It's up to the client!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have many more calls scheduled online than in person, including team coaching sessions and workshops.
