What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals? What are you trying to accomplish, and how far are you willing to go in order to get there? How long are you prepared to be invested in online marketing and interaction with your customers? What experience do you have? Have you had good and/or bad experiences with digital providers?
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I have the opportunity to find new and creative ways to help local businesses succeed online. It doesn't matter if you are a single location business that has been around for a month or several decades, everyone deserves a chance to live the American dream and find success in their particular industry. I don't think it is impossible for local businesses with moderate budgets to go online and attract and capture their fair share of the market even when there is a much larger or even much older business that seems to be hogging all the opportunity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ever hear the expression there are a million ways to skin a cat? Well in my line of work there are significantly less than a million ways to do what I do and frankly, there are only about a handful of ways to do it right. Most larger companies take advantage of that misinformation and fail to provide the absolute best service and the absolute best price to local businesses. They take advantage of people's lack of understanding about the digital ecosystem and how things work. So I decided to start a business that was committed to helping other businesses through truly 100% transparency and educating the local business professional on best practices.

Bydand Digital, LLC is a small firm. And we like it that way. We don't want to work with everyone and we don't expect everyone to want to work with us. We like exclusivity and more of a marketing partnership rather than a simple exchange of replicated services for cash.
