Stylist Phaithe has been trimming my hair for 5 years. As a woman with long hair, Phaithe can be trusted to trim off as little as possible. She is conscientious and knowledgeable in her trade. Phaithe is trustworthy and I always get an excellent haircut. I have had the pleasure of her doing my lashes for quite a while, maybe close to 3 years love her!! She also does occasional hair and makeup for me, especially wedding, Halloween, fundraiser events or just a little glam up here and there! She is mobile, she’ll come to your home. Her price range for her services, is reasonable. She is very informative, and she’ll answer any questions you might have about lash extensions, hair etc. I can depend on this beautiful Lady, we plan around my busy schedule, it works, we are both happy! What do you love most about your job?
I started as a makeup artist and decided to become a cosmetologist because I loved being able to do weddings. I wanted to be able to offer hair and makeup packages to my brides or for photo shoots so I went to school to perfect both. Weddings will always be my most favorite but I do love hair extensions and lash extensions too when I am working more in the salon then on location.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before becoming a cosmetologist I was actually in the business world and had done business administration and business analyzing full time while doing makeup for family and friends on occasion. I knew staying in the corporate world wasn’t what I wanted to continue to do but I wasn’t sure what was next for me until I was asked to assist at a photo shoot for makeup. It was that moment on that I was hooked! I had found my passion in makeup and started to do weddings where I realized doing hair would be a great skill too. I was determined to make my new passion into my full time work. After graduating cosmetology school I left the corporate world and haven’t been back since! Being a solo artist allows me the opportunity to be flexible with my schedule so I can have more ability to do on-location work and do more of what I love most...weddings and photo shoots.

Communication is key and I am always happy to answer any and all questions to make sure my clients are getting what they want and need from their service(s). I work hard to create a wonderful experience for my clients whether I’m in the salon or on-location and I pride myself in bringing a client’s vision to life.

I can provide makeup and hair classes or tutorials online but all other services would require in person meetings as they need to be done on the client(s).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am certified through Brabicide for COVID and have implemented State Board and State requirements for cleanliness both inside and outside the salon. I use the required PPE for performing services and have updated my on location kits and procedures to ensure cleanliness.
