My son CJ was having issues with anger, depression and anxiety. He had a hard time focusing,was always combative and stressed. Dawn worked with him in a 6 session program, which included things to do at home and he is so much more happy, pleasant and loving himself and others much more. CJ has always struggled and was on medication most of his life, which I thought would always be needed. I had my expectations of what I thought hypnosis was based on what I have seen on TV; people quacking like ducks, barking like dogs, or being taken back to their past to relive in while in a deep trance. Instead what I receive was a level of relaxation that allowed me to receive positive information into my subconscious mind that initially felt like nothing was happening, but as time went on, I noticed by attitude was my positive, my thoughts of myself were more affirming, my level of frustration and anxiety had diminished, and I no longer saw things from a negative or limited view. I let go and forgave the people that hurt me most without the need for an apology or explanation, and most of all I am not not going back to the old mindset of woe is me. I highly recommend Buxmont Hypnosis not just for adults but for children too. My son took Singulair for six months which sadly has a lot of bad side effects. Dawn amazingly helped him through these side effects and got him back to the fun loving, carefree boy he once was. He now has the tools to handle any stress or anxiety that comes his way. I was stuck until I met Dawn. She helped me relax and let it go! I was very skeptical of hypnosis before I met Dawn, but you can't argue with results! I was highly stressed before working with Dawn and had tried many things to relax most of which would only last a few hours, then I would be stressed again.
