This is such a gorgeous venue! Our experience was one that will go down in our books as one of the happiest days of our lives. Our vendors for the event were also top notch! We had our wedding at Silver Oaks and all I can say is, “wow”!! Not only is this place absolutely stunning, but the staff is absolutely incredible! We worked with Alyssa as our wedding coordinator and she is nothing short of FANTASTIC! She kept my stress levels so low on the day of the wedding and she took care of EVERYTHING! I though it was very nice and that the staff were good at their job and very welling to help. I found the food to be good but sone parts were just a bit cold as they were not using any kind of warming system, but it was still good.

Silver Oaks Chateau was the only venue I toured. After seeing this place in person, you will understand why! SOC is tucked away in a forest of trees, and it is absolutely charming. It is unlike anything else in St. Louis. From the bridal suite, to the chandeliers in the ballroom, to the fireplace, to the trails through the forest... SOC is a venue that you could do nothing else in the way of decorating, and it would still be absolutely breathtaking on its own! The only downside is SOC does not help break down at the end of the night, which means you and your family have to. Having to load boxes and lug them to our cars for the last hour of the night was super chaotic and put a damper on things. I would strongly recommend hiring someone to do this for you, so you and your family can continue to enjoy the night. Despite this, SOC is a bride's dream venue. If you are searching for your wedding venue, stop now. Just go ahead and book SOC. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in the venue we fell in love with how gorgeous the space is, not to mention the grounds. After booking and once we had our planning meetings with the venue, we were even more excited to work with the team. They had great ideas and gave the best advice on how to make our day flow smoothly. They have literally thought of everything, are incredibly responsive to communication and always make you feel like their number 1 priority (even if they have 5 weddings on your wedding weekend). Now for day of, Todd was there to greet us in the morning and had already set most of our tables by the time we got there bright and early. With his incredible attention to detail and genuine concern for us having everything we wanted, we knew we were in good hands. Our day of coordinator, Indra, was decisive, efficient, and always popped up in the right spot and the right time to make our day run perfectly. She took care of anything and everything we could ask for, with a calmness and a smile that was much needed on such a big day. My sister looked at eight different wedding venues this past week and our tour here by far filled with the friendliest encounters. We were greeted by Todd, who knew everything there was to know about the property and could not be any friendlier. He answered all of our silly questions and was incredibly informative about how the day would proceed and what was to be expected and was very adamant on making sure that it was the perfect day. From the moment I toured Silver Oaks Chateau I knew that it was the one. I instantly fell in love with its beauty, the staff and the convenience of having a ceremony and reception in one place. My husband and I booked Silver Oaks Chateau over two years ago because we wanted to get married on our 13th anniversary and it was honestly the best decision we have ever made. Our wedding was this past Saturday and we were blown away. It was the most perfect day that we could have ever asked for. From start to finish everything was flawless.
