I hired Jaime of Business eBoost to make me a total redesign of my site, which is in the very competitive credit repair niche. I though my site was ok, but I wasn't getting any sales nor anything. Jaime asked me a few questions and started to work.

A great website has 5 important features that can help ensure that it becomes your silent sales partner. In our experience, here's some of the most important features we recommend...

1. It loads fast. We can't underestimate the importance to a fast loading site. Google recently started penalizing sites that take longer than 3 seconds to fully load and started pushing them off the first page. So page speed is very important.

2. It's mobile responsive. With new technologies available to us now, a website should resize to whatever screen size pulls it up. It should look beautiful whether visiting the site on a mobile phone, a tablet, or a computer screen. If the phone visitor is having to pinch to zoom in order to read the content, that site is NOT mobile responsive.

3. Site should be ADA and GDPR Compliant. There are moments when an asset can turn into a liability. Just like driving a car without insurance is a major liability and also illegal, a website should have all it's legal disclaimers in place or else it places the business in jeopardy. Pages such as "Terms of Service", "Privacy Policy", and making it ADA compliant are very important to avoid a costly lawsuit.

4. Have engaging content. It's very important that a website have engaging content and good articles that the visitor can read upon landing on the site. Many users are simply looking for good information and if the site offers that, they will hang around longer on the site, which gives the site a boost in Google's eyes.

5. Make it easy for visitors to contact you. The most frustrating part of visiting a website is having to hunt around on how to contact the business. Many times it's hidden away in just one page, the "Contact Us" page. If you're a local business, your phone number should be displayed in every page and there should be several contact forms in it as well. This makes it easy for your prospect to contact you and they will mostly likely do it.

If you follow a few of these recommendations, you will have a great website that will become your silent sales partner.
