We ate there today around 4:00 and there were only a couple of other people in the restaurant. We ordered our burgers and then went to sit in a booth. They had them marked so people would leave an empty booth between them. The other couple sat in one of the booths designated to be empty so we moved to another booth. Although not dirty it was sticky so I cleaned it myself. I think more attention needs to be given to booths and tables when they are vacated. Our burgers came out hot and both were very good. The fries were good too. I brought some fries home and heated them in a hot oven and they were even better. We would go back but I think the owner needs to ensure booths are wiped down as soon as they are empty and people sit where they are designated to sit. The burgers were great but the price is insane! I had a BOGO coupon and still paid $30 for 3 of us to eat. For that I would have gone to a restaurant where they would serve me instead of having to order at the register. My 4 year old son loved his chicken tenders but I was not a fan. It was heavily battered. The fries were standard freezer section crinkle cut fries. The sweet potatoes fries were heavily salted with course sea salt making it inedible half way through. Was not a fan of this place. The spot is cool and has a nice setup but takes way way too long for the food that is not worth the wait or the price. There's no way the burgers are "fresh" they tasted like they were frozen pre made patties, the kind you get from a gas station or cafeteria. They do have a lot of options for the burger toppings but everything is an up charge. Some of the up charges are a bit ridiculous. For a party of 3 the total was almost $50 dollars. If I wanted to spend that on small slider style burgers I would have went to a regular restaurant. Some people may like this spot but not to my liking. Being a resident of Clermont, I am always looking to try out and support local businesses. Trying to find genuine Halal cuisine is a bit difficult, especially in the Clermont area. BurgerIM has really surpassed my expectations! Upon entering this establishment, you are greeted by an awesome staff that is very friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure that your visit is truly one of a kind. The owners make it a vital aspect of your experience to personally come and introduce themselves to you and share part of their journey with you. Great place for a quick bite to eat that is freshly prepared. It was my first time into a Burgerim and liked the unique options for the burgers. I ordered the Greek Lamb and it was good perfectly with good flavors. I did not have a side with my burger. My daughter had the kids burger and she said it was good, but she really loved the fries. It is counter service, but everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our items. It is great option to have something fresh, but quick for a lunch or dinner. Just a quick review on the safety practices at this particular restaurant. I did not witness continue sanitation of the community area where the soda machine and condiments were stored. for safety practices they should have individual condiments not a bulk container. some but not all of the employees were wearing their mask improperly I even witnessed a cook take his mask off during cooking a burger. Great experience at this location. I've only had BurgerIM once before and had the falafel burger. This was my second visit (1st time at this location) & I had zero complaints. I got the impossible burger with sweet potato fries, both well done. My food was cooked to perfection, the fry portion was generous & I like the beverage machine they have (the one where there's like 500 options, lol). The whole restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. The night I went it was an all female staff (hell yeah) & the customer service, the quality of food & the cleanliness of the restaurant were all on point! Check em out! We have had Burgerim twice now. Once was a Togo order and the other was dine in tonight. Both times our food was absolutely delicious! I wanted to take a moment and commend the two girls working the register this afternoon/evening. I do apologize for not getting their names. Both greeted every customer with a smile(yes even through their mask) and kindness. During a visit a customer was not so kind to one of the girls, not once but twice while we were there. We decided to eat here tonight after seeing an amazing photo of a triple burger on their facebook post last night. The burgers were delicious and juicy. The fries and onions were perfectly crispy. The burger was so good that after eating a double burger, hubby went back for a single! I, on the other hand, was stuffed after the single and fries. The burgers were great & cooked to order, the buns were soft & fresh and the split order of fries & onion rings were perfect for 2. i called in the order, it was ready and hot when we picked it up and when we got home. Stay away.Tried to order online. Wouldn't accept my gift certificate. Wanted to charge me a "Convenience" fee for ordering online. Who does that? I haven't ordered from any other restaurant that charges to order online... very poor service considering most are offering free delivery during this Covid-19 time. Do I get to charge an inconvenience fee for forcing me to come into the restaurant? On top of that, they didn't have the same menu available in the restaurant as they did online... get your act together. Also interesting how a $9.99 burger jumps up to $17.99 just by adding mushrooms and bacon. What a rip-off!$25.99 for tiny burger and fries (see pictures)... worth it? More...
