I contacted Bulldog Investigations when all my houehold and personal belonings were stolen. Although the truck that contained my cargo was located, the contents had been ransaked, leaving little that had value. When I contacted my insurance company, I was told I had to provide receipts for every item, and I was sent an Excel spreadsheet to list each item, a model number, the place it was purcheased, condition of the item, age of the item, and replacement value. This stress in addition to being vicitmized, would have put me over the edge, but Bart Santos was instrumental in helping me not only deal with proof of ownership, but to obtain reimbursemt from my insurance company as well as the company that insured the business. He updated me on a regualr basis into the investigation of the stolen truck, was present when the contents were recovered, investigated the company that owned the truck and continued to pursue this case, even when funds ran out.
