don't come at me but I like this place better than Texas Road House. Their chicken wing dip with pita chips was BOMB!! Service and food was excellent. Nice place to meet up with people and talk. Restaurant is not too noisy, and we didn’t feel like we had to rush and leave our table after finishing our dinner.

Jeff was the manager the other day. He said he's the only manager Jeff there so here it goes. He was really cool and hospitable. He gave us eye contact and smiles. His staff on the other hand. There's a few who either aren't good at their job or the were intimidated by the large party of melinated birthday party goers. I didn't eat any food as I came late. About ten minutes after I got there plates and salad and bread were still being passed out. The food started coming out after a while. Everyone who had steak said it was dry. I saw dry steaks as well. A conversation ensued and Texas road house was brought up in comparison. They won. Whomever made the steaks needs to learn to make steaks well done, without drying them out. A good steak doesn't need embellishment such as steak sauce in order to eat it. I know they were happy with the bread and cinnamon butter. The bread didn't impress me personally. It was served nice and hot like I love my food. The cinnamon butter I did like. I think I like theirs better than Texas road house. They're similar but not the same. I would go back just for the manger and ask him to make sure my food is made a certain way. If that happens I can make a more food friendly review. More...

Enjoyed a delicious gluten free beef on weck at BUFFALO ROADHOUSE on Niag Falls Blvd. The roll was so good (per mgr, they buy them wholesale, they are not sold via the Internet/retail but they did allow me to purchase some from the restaurant). They also offered several other GF selections (burgers, grilled chicken, seafood, pasta). They do NOT have a dedicated fryer for fries so if you are prone to cc you can order something else. More...

You guys rock!!! Everyone is helpful and friendly. We are there each week on a Friday or Saturday. I use a walker and the host/hostess opens the door for me before my husband gets a chance to. The servers are great. We usually get the same thing each week. They don’t ask what we want and proceed to tell us our order!!! Lol the service is fast. It was my bad yesterday. I forgot to ask tell the server I didn’t want my chicken tenders crispy and they were. But it was still tasty after I took off the breading. Next time I’ll remember. Just gave me more room for the delicious rolls. If I could give more stars, I’d give you 100!!! By far my favorite restaurant. More...

Best rib steak I have had in years!  (It was the only steak I've ordered out that has been cooked correctly in years).  It was cooked rare to perfection; tender enough to cut with a fork  The cheese wrap appetizer was fantastic. I had the sweet potato with my steak, it looked freshly out of the oven, not like it had sat in the warming draw for hours.  I will definitely be back when in the area again! More...

My boyfriend and I had dinner at BRG Thursday evening. It was only my second time and I was blown away by the service. For starters, I have a disability and the door was held for me twice by a very friendly young worker. Our waitress, Sydney, was fantastic! Service front end and the waitress at our table were top notch. They came back to our table several times to see if we needed anything, also when they served my steak they had me check the cook before they left the table! Food was perfectly cooked and tasted great, bread was awesome and my girlfriends Pina Colada was great! Now this is where Buffalo thrives -- barbecue. I was devouring the ribs as if I never ate before in my life. The meat was so tender and the barbecue flavors truly hit the spot. The veggies and garlic mashed potatoes were also of high quality, which kept my smiles going. This was our first visit here. The parking lot looked pretty busy so we weren't sure how long of a wait we were going to have but we actually get seated right away and I think that's great for a Friday night at 7 PM! Our server was a young man who was super nice and super friendly. He came over right came back quickly with our drink order and took her food order. Everything we got was delicious!I ordered a 8 ounce prime rib which came with a salad and a side and my side was a Natalie a vegetables. The rolls were to die for they were like a sweet roll and they were so delicious..and HOT. My daughter got a 12 ounce sirloin steak and french fries and had a Caesar salad with hers and my husband had a burger and sweet potato fries . He was supposed to get a cup of soup but it never got brought out  Our server seemed surprised , so I believe someone else was supposed to bring it out. Our server brought us a half dozen of the delicious rolls to take home in a bag he said because of us being so understanding about the soup-what a sweetheart! All the meat was cooked to perfection just the way we ordered it. And the salads were so fresh!All in all the service was great, the food was fantastic and we would definitely go back! I have visited Buffalo Roadhouse a number of times, but most recently I came with a group of 8 for Friday work lunch. Every one of us ordered a burger. One got the veggie burger, one the turkey burger, and the rest a variety of beef burgers. I personally ordered the banana pepper burger which had a mixture of cheeses and banana peppers on top of it. I also choose the Cajun home fries which I felt were a unique option outside of the normal fries, onion rings, or chips. I really liked the home fries as well as my burger. Every person in my group said their burger was delicious and we go many different places in the area for burgers for lunch. The waitress had no problem splitting up the checks which was nice being a large group.They no longer have peanuts everywhere. Not sure the reasoning why but people who could never come (I would assume) due to a peanut allergy, now should have no problem. More...

When we're out and about and can't figure out where to eat, we usually end up here. This has been a family favorite for years. They have good, reliable food; I usually get the chicken tenders, which come with a great side salad, and a side. They serve your drinks in mason jars, which is fun. They're known for their incredible dinner rolls, which is why this restaurant is a favorite.The reason why I knocked off one star is because they recently got rid of their peanuts, which they usually have in buckets on the table. This was a huge part of the appeal of the Roadhouse, but I guess they removed it due to allergies. All in all, this is a well priced and tasty choice if you want big portions of comfort food.
