We had Buds look after or fur and feathered babies while we were away on our honeymoon, and I was absolutely impressed with their service - from the initial meeting all the way through to our return! ! Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I love Buds! The owner and staff are amazing! I have met many of them at various events as well as have had them caring for my fur crew for over a year now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it is wonderful to go away and have no worries about their care. This has become especially important since my one cat recently developed diabetes. My husband loves Buds because when we are away I am not a nervous wreck! We also use them for mid day visits for the pups on long work days so there is no guilt about bored dogs doing a potty dance! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior and can help curb bad habits while walking your pup. The owner is extremely involved In the local community and gives back by sponsoring events and raising money for local shelters and rescues. Everyone at Buds takes such good care of my dog. And I’ve been fostering for about a year now and Buds has been so amazing with the foster dogs. Each one is different and the walker helps them get used to a routine, walking on a leash, and any other things that specific dog might need to learn. We love the staff at BUDS! They are super friendly, genuine pet lovers and take excellent care of my lab pup. Their portal is easy to use for scheduling and they are very responsive. Recently, I was in a jam and needed last minute pet care...thankfully, BUDS came to the rescue! They leave feedback immediately after each visit that you can access in the portal or email so I can rest assured that my pup is looked after. My dog LOVES and adores the staff and looks for them every time we walk past their storefront on Church St. I have tried many pet care providers over the years....this group is truly top notch. The people at Buds have been taking care of my special-needs pets for many years, and they are the only reason I feel comfortable traveling. I don't have to wonder. My animals WILL get their medications, they WILL get fed their prescription foods exactly as I ask, and they will be happy and playful and contented when I come home. Thank you Buds!!!!!!! We have 6 cats. One is on meds for his thyroid, another has Diabetes(we found that out in July). Our normal sitter was leary on giving the meds about a month before our trip. We are so grateful for Buds, they came recommended by Valley Vet. We met with Shaunna and during the Meet & Greet the diabetic cat was very present through the whole visit. We were breathing a sigh of relief. When we left for our trip, we knew our fuzzy children would be well taken care of. When we arrived home, the six were all happy & healthy. We started using Buds in February 2018. I was extremely nervous to start a service like this, as my furkid means the world to me. It was great to do the in-home meet and greet with Shaunna, who took the time out of her day on a Sunday to come meet our pup. The service has been wonderful, and attentive to our pup's needs! They have totally exceeded my expectations in every way. The app for communication is a wonderful touch, and they leave great status cards of each visit so you can know exactly how your dog did! Shaunna and the Buds team took care of our pets for 10+ years, from dog walking to field trips to petsitting and overnights. This team knows how to care for pets of all kinds, ages and personalities. But more than that, this team loves them like their own and takes genuine pleasure in making them comfortable and happy. So many times I came home to see that extra touch. The litter area extra clean. Somebody newly brushed. A little note about a cute thing that happened. Even a trip to the pet store when the food ran low and an emergency vet visit when one was critically ill. I recently moved out of the area and had the unfortunate task of finding a new service. I cannot recommend Shaunna and Buds high enough! My dogs count the minutes until they get picked up and whisk away for a day of fun and adventure at the farm. We actually have to spell out Shaunna's name or risk a flurry of excitement at the mear mention of 'Miss Shaunna' or 'going to work'. Shaunna has taken awesome care of our zoo for 10 years. I originally interviewed 5 pet sitters and Shaunna was the only one who walked through my door and knew how to properly handle our Umbrella Cockatoo. She's always had 2 to 3 dogs, a cat, fish tank and 2 exotic birds to handle in our home and has never missed a beat. I traveled globally for my job weeks at a time and depended on Shaunna to help my husband maintain the zoo, day in and day out. She is always committed to our pet(s) needs. We have never had to worry about our babies with Shaunna and now her terrific Buds team.

Shaunna and the Buds gang have been taking care of our first child/poochie for over 6 years and the best way to describe them is, well, they are awesome! Caring, responsible, and always going above and beyond...from cutting nails to weekly urine tests, from giving various medications throughout the day to driving our pup to the Vet when she was very sick, we always know that she is being very well cared for and getting lots of love! I can't express enough how much I love Buds!!! We recently moved to Phoenixville, 2 hours from home with very few options to take care of my 9 year old golden retriever, Jameson, if we were going to be away. Without hesitation, Shaunna introduced herself to me, walked me through her business practices and immediately made me feel eat ease. Her first meeting with Jameson could not have gone any better, and she even helped us work with him on leash training a bit (at 9, Jameson never had to be "walked", so he's a bit rambunctious). We're still working with him on our own, and he gets better every day. The staff of Buds is also fabulous... Val and Heidi are amazing and love Jameson as if he was their own dog, and he just loves the company so much! If there was a 6th star, I'd rate them above perfect!!! More...

Shaunna and staff are excellent! I have a senior dog (13 years old), who is in a harness and has hip displasia. He requires medication in the morning and evening. When we went away for a long weekend, they were very diligent with him and timely in their visits. They also stayed overnight, which was great for his well-being. They kept in contact with us and sent pictures of him, so we knew he was well taken care of. We love our dog, but we hate to leave him. They are a very trust worthy team and we felt at ease and relaxed in having them with him and in our home. There were absolutely no issues with a member of the team staying over. Shaunna did an excellent job with Diesel, my rescued pitbull pup. She worked with him for a week while we were on vacation and when we returned, his demeanor was much improved. He'll now "hold" for food until we tell him it's ok to proceed to the bowl. He won't grab a toy or something on the floor if we say "leave it." And he also no longer barks or growls at my brother-in-law every time the man walks into the room. I highly recommend Buds for your pet care needs. More...

What a group of professional, compassionate, accommodating pet lovers! Buds will do anything to help make your life easier, give your pets the attention and excercise we can't always give because of our hectic lives. They take the time to really get to know your pet, their needs, temperament, what works and doesn't work for them, and helps train them and change their bad habits. My Duncan has OCD and will only walk selected paths but they have worked him through it and now does great! They really helped him get over his fears!
Can't say enough about this group! I am so happy I found them! Duncan loves them too! They take care of him and really do love him like he is there own.

Buds took excellent care of my three cats while I was away last week. I never have to worry with Shaunna and her team caring for them. One cat is diabetic, and they do a great job with handling her (she's not the most agreeable cat when it comes to strangers!) and another cat just had surgery on both of his eyes two days before I left for vacation. They did everything that he needed and even sent me updates while I was gone. Their online booking service is great. They have an area where you input all of the feeding/meds/favorite toys/etc information for each animal. I'm so lucky to have such a reliable company to take care of my kitties!
