Bryan is a great trainer! He’s very attentive to any physical issues and pivots quickly to work around them. He always has a very positive attitude and pushes you to do a little bit more at each session. He tracks progress closely and builds upon prior workouts. He’s very encouraging and fun to chat with at each session! I appreciate his flexibility if I ever need to reschedule a session. I first came to workout with Bryan to get fit and look good for my wedding. Bryan is an extremely attentive and goal oriented trainer. He has helped me transform my body as well as what I thought I could do. Before working with Bryan, I couldn’t even squat the bench bar, but he has me now squating over 100 lbs. Personal Trainers

I highly recommend Brian. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through training routines that are both gentle and challenging. In particular he has helped me with balance ( I am elderly) and when I first started training I was experiencing hip pain ( after a recent fall). The pain has gone. Bryan is phenomenal! He helped me build strength that I did not know I had in me. Not only did he provide individualized work outs, but helped me understand the importance of a balanced diet and build a grocery list. Among all things, Bryan set me up for success in that he taught me how to build a plan for workouts, how to enter a gym with a purpose, and how to hold myself accountable when no one is watching. I always feel great when I finish a session with Bryan. He is knowledgeable, creative and attentive. I'm an older man with knee issues. Not only have my knees healed and gotten stronger, I've increased my flexibility and endurance. I can't believe some of the exercises I'm able to do now!

Bryan can create a program for whatever you want to achieve. He always coming up with another exercise to do to target various issues or goals. You will not get bored working with him!

He's also flexible. During the Pandemic we worked out in masks in parks and later on my home patio so that we wouldn't be indoors but could continue my progress.

Bryan has the amazing ability to acknowledge and work within your abilities. He's even started working successfully with my wife, who publicly states her dislike of any kind of physical activity but needs to work out for health reasons. It's a minor miracle that she's still going but it's all due to Bryan's skill as a personal trainer.

Many understand the necesity to workout however not all may have the time in their day to set up a training program and frequently adjust to accordingly suit the body’s needs. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by not only being their biggest supporter and accountability partner but also by ensuring that every workout is just as effective, if not more, than the last. Every client recieves a personalized training program with structured workouts that are specific to their body’s strengths and weaknesses with analytics that are easily accessible through my fitness app. Every limitation will be addressed. Every muscle group will be strengthened. Every step of the way I will ensure progress.
