Brown Fitness is personal training at its best! Private, clean space; only you and Kate, one on one doesn't get much more personalized than this. The workouts are customized to your personal goals, and physical ability, making it ideal for all ages, as well as anyone who may have injury related limitations. I personally have bouts of tendinitis; work related, yet I'm able to stay fit with workouts customized to strengthen the areas to keep it from reoccurring. I've been training with Kate for several years. I look forward to my early morning workouts, I hit the shower and then off to work. No BETTER way to start my day!! I highly recommend Brown Fitness.
