What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people solve problems and provide services that they are happy with. I get satisfaction when I am able to help people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent about ten years in law enforcement, and over the years I worked off duty as a police officer for various security companies to make extra money. Ultimately what made me want to pull the trigger and establish my own business is that I felt that building something from the ground up and building a legacy for my children to inherit one day would be an amazing thing to accomplish.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have worked for several local competitors over the years and one thing I have noticed is the quality of people they employ. I like to focus on hiring veterans if I can, but I also carefully select and vet the people that I choose to hire. The six core values of Honor, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Loyalty, Discipline, and Respect encompass Brooks Security. I also have the ability to beat any competitor as I am a smaller company and don't have the overhead that some of the bigger companies have.

I have the ability to provide security services anywhere in the State of Indiana.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I established Brooks Security in the midst of the pandemic which was not an easy thing to do. I do not force my employees to get vaccinated as I believe that is their choice to do so. I have had covid and I did not get vaccinated, but if a client wants precautions taken, then I will ensure that I can do that to the best of my ability.
