I would like to give an excellent review to these guys! My dog, Noob, loves Kelly and Romel. Comparing to other dog walkers, doesn't matter how the weather is, Kelly and Romel will always walk Noob for the 30minutes walk! They are taking care of him so well... it's incredible how Noob is running to them everytime they arrive at our place.Both of them are kind, sweet, professional and dog lovers!What more could you ask for?Thanks a lot for everything !!!Dorothée More...

We love Brooklyn Pet Services! We started using Brooklyn Pets to walk our dog during a busy couple of weeks for us. They were recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint. Â They are very professional and communicative- always making sure our needs are met each week and can usually accommodate last minute requests. There are no words to describe how incredible Kelly and Romel are, but I'll try! These are two of the most devoted, caring, generous people you could ever wish to meet, and their dedication to their four-legged friends is unparalleled. They treat my beloved Pixie as if she were their own, always willing to work with my crazy schedule, send me pictures of her when I'm away, and provide me with a true sense of calm. They are trustworthy, incredibly hard working, and most important they will LOVE your dog. Pixie is overjoyed every time she sees them and that's really all I need to know. When we first got our puppy, we were very nervous about leaving her with anyone. Â However, my sister was getting married and we needed someone we could trust to walk our puppy while we were out at the various wedding festivities. Â Kelly and Romel came very highly recommended from our dog trainer, so we decided to give them a try. Â They were very accommodating - they came to our apartment for a meet-and-greet and then they came to our apartment 7 times over the wedding weekend (a new puppy needs to be walked every 3 hours!). They sent us updates after each walk, and even went back to our apartment after one walk to make sure our girl wasn't chewing on her dog bed (she was, they fixed the problem, and everyone was happy). I can't recommend Romel and Kelly enough! They are just great and my frenchie Evie loves them. Kelly is very caring and very loving with Evie. She sends me pictures and always tells me how the walks went. I got a little kitten recently and Kelly has been great helping me out with him when i need it. I trust Romel and Kelly 100%. Kelly and Romel came to us serendipitously when our previous dog walker left town. Â Our dog Johnny Cash is the black and white pit-mix in the photos. We've been working with them for 3+ years now, and they have literally never failed us. Ever. They are quiet and super courteous, they've taken and returned JC while I've been napping on the sofa. They've helped us through thick-and-thin, honored dozens of same day requests, petsat JC dozens of times -- including for a few days when our daughter arrived.I trust them implicitly, and they love JC like their own, which is pretty much the best it gets. Kelly and Romel walked, dog sat, and groomed our two dogs for four years. The dogs love them both and most certainly felt at home while staying with them. We had one dog with food allergies that also had to take medicine daily for his high level of anxiety, basically, he could be a handful. For us, finding someone to keep our two crazies was a task, we had several bad experiences and found out that how the dogs behaved after we were away was a huge tell. If they were crazy and misbehaved upon coming home, we knew their routine and care was not up to snuff. That never happened when they kept the dogs, the dogs were always relaxed and well-behaved upon coming home. Did I mention they do grooming too!? Our Cavalier King Charles always looked so handsome after being groomed. They are appropriately priced, well-mannered, easy to communicate with, understanding, friendly, and come highly recommended by our two four-legged children. The only reason we do not use them anymore is because we moved to another state - I went through three dog walkers to find someone even comparable to  same level of love, care, and attention.
