After a recent death in the family, we needed to find a cat sitter on short notice. We were already happy Brooklyn Cat Sitting customers, but the team went above and beyond for us under difficult circumstances. They even sent us a lovely condolence card, which was greatly appreciated. Also, frequent updates with pics of our cats (one of whom has health issues) was extremely helpful. But aside from those personal touches, I can say that Brooklyn Cat Sitting is the best pet service I have ever used. They stayed late after one of our cats vomited just to make sure he got some food down, and they even fixed one of our broken food dishes. I cannot recommend Brooklyn Cat Sitting highly enough. We could not have had a better experience with Brooklyn Cat Sitting and our catsitter, Dylan. He was completely professional and conscientious from the first moment of the consultation to the final note we had waiting for us when we returned home. We loved getting texts with his photos and very charming writeups of his visits with our cat, Choppy. She loves to play and it's clear he spent a lot of time with her and her favorite toys.This was the first time we've left Choppy for more than an overnight trip, and we were a little nervous about being gone for 5 days. We booked two 30-minute visits per day and it was completely worth the cost for the peace of mind and great service. We found BCS on the recommendation of a friend who uses the service.I highly recommend Brooklyn Cat Sitting and we'll definitely be using them again in the future. More...
