Return to center by releasing tension. Swedish massage is relaxing. With long strokes and Kneading techniques. Swedish Massage is the most common form of massage.

Deep, Focused, & Deliberate pressure is used to treat knots & pressure points with in muscle tissue. Along with sustained focused pressure, light petrissage techniques are used to pump blood back into the area.
